Umovefree and the moving company promised to get the glass fixed for almost a whole year and never compensated me for anything. They lied and didn't get the glass fixed. They also wanted to charge me extra because the moving truck had a flat and went over the allotted time which had nothing to do with me. I waited at my new place for almost 2 hours before they arrived with my stuff. Then when they arrived I had to help unload the truck because they were trying to charge me more money. If you want to work with them just know if anything of yours breaks they will not replace it. Also they broke the blinds at my previous apartment when moving my stuff out. The only way I was able to beat those damage charges is because I had a camera in my apartment that showed the movers broke it. You may have to record things for your own protection
