I have experienced very, very little regrowth, and anything that does regrow is thin and fine. For maintenance during the summer months, I might do a light touch-up with an epilator. I'm attaching a before and after picture - my "before" was taken a few days before my very first treatment, and my "after" is just before my recent touchup (no epilating or shaving). I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. I was in and out in record time and didn't even experience much redness or irritation.

I have a complaint into the better business bureau of MA & they won't even return their calls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has been MONTHS of arguing and trying to reach someone here to speak to. I was told multiple times after countless attempts the owner (Carol) would call me back & I have yet heard from them. Please keep in mind this has been going on since I started visiting them in Jan 2019 and has nothing to do with the lack of response time due to COVID-19.
