After I found what I was looking for, I was given the price breakdown which didn't make sense because it was ridiculously more than what I was looking to spend, but if I paid in cash they'd knock $500 off the price because in their words "Cash is King!" Professional Scammers. I went there Friday for a wheel alignment , tire rotation, balance and nitro fill. They said I need 2 new tires so since they are overpriced there I went and got 2 new tires elsewhere and returned today for service. First when I walk in the assistant manager is speaking to me while on the phone apparently with his boss. They take in my car and an hour later I'm leaving and within a few minutes my tire pressure light comes on. Also they just took my 2 old tires without asking and claims they were put in a pit already.I call the store and Antonio says wait about 30min it should go away, it didn't so I reset the system and it came back on within a minute. So I call and the assistant manager is trying to get me to go to Wawa or somewhere else to put air and I said I'm coming right back there because the lights were not on before I dropped off my car and he basically says to get there within a few minutes because they were about to close. After they take my car in they come back and now I have 2 nails in my tire and need 2 more new tires. So they rotated my tires apparently , did a balance, clearly didn't fill up the 2 tires that weren't new. So I had to waste my time in traffic coming back there for that news with the employees smirk as he tells me. They definitely are puncturing tires to try to get you to buy here. How did nobody notice this when I was there an hour before. They put air in the tires after I returned didn't even offer a plug or patch , surprisingly not even an upsell. In addition, its unprofessional to talk about customers when they are still there. I come outside and it was crickets when I walked up. I asked the manager for my tires back and put them in my trunk. Before I even close my door I can hear the mechanics making jokes because I asked for my 2 tires back and say oohhh I have 2 used tires. Have some decency and professionalism, at least wait until the customer leaves. I thought it was funny because If I had something to say or joke about on another man I would just say it directly. These employees are nonstop on the phone, waiting in there car customers, no attention to customers. I think I'm the latest to find out about these crooks. I made an appointment for tires I was told to come in on Wednesday, come Wednesday I get here for my appointment only to find out they don't have my tires; they claimed that they came in but someone must've gave them to someone else. So I was to come in 10am the following day, when I got here I had to wait about 50 minutes for them to pull my car in. Overall, this whole ordeal took about an hour. So I pay and I leave and while I'm driving home (about 40 minutes away), the low tire pressure light came on. I immediately call them and let them know what's going on so they said to come back. Upon arrival, they pulled my car right in and told me they had to replace the sensor; it would take about 35 minutes. The team here is awesome! Here's why... 1. Customer service was great! I'm used to getting the runaround, or incomplete information, and sometimes overcharged or treated as if my questions are dumb at places like this, assuming because I'm a woman. Not here though. Every employee I walked past greeted me. My specific sales rep, Francisco was really nice and patient and answered all of my questions. If you see this, Thanks again! 2. My expectations were to be sitting and waiting for hours like any other tire or auto shop that I've been to but that was NOT the case. I really feel like I was in and out within 30-45 mins. 3. The team was reasonable and accommodating with their price. I purchased 4 brand new tires with alignment and I was ready to pay in full upfront, however, they informed me that I had the option to make weekly, biweekly, and I believe monthly payments as an option. I've never done that before nor has it ever been offered to me so I took full advantage of the option especially since there was no credit check involved. They trust you to make your payments but if you don't, you can't be mad if they pull up on you and take their tires or rims back lol. I mean you can be mad but it'll be your fault. Dropped off the car and as soon as they were done they called me that it was ready. Was a little worried because of the reviews but they did an excellent job for me. I went to get a tire i was told it was a brand new tire which cost me $180 desperate times call for desperate measures I was there for a while once the alleged job was done they gave me my keys i drove home confused thinking maybe my other tires need air! I woke up next day to go work to come outside and see my tire that was allegedly change flat to the ground.. I had my receipt and drove to them when i got there the same tire they said they changed still HAD A NAIL IN IT! I feel they tried to take advantage because I'm a female an Afro Latina at that! Don't trust them with you Debt or CC. Have ran mine without permission twice. Once upon coming in and paying then ran it again later that day for more. That took 4 work days to correct. Prices. Same as Cash. Nop. Cash is cheaper. Payed my wheel & tires off on time with the same as Cash. Had them stamp paid in full on all paperwork I had. Took pics and saved to file. Very expensive place to buy from. Was in a spot put off buying tires for to long. Payed off those $3000 package on there same as cash agreement. I always call in to authorize my payment with my card or go in with cash to make my payments but I'm really getting sick and tired of them always charging my card without my consent! This RNR location is nice to look at, but has got to be the worst store to not only deal with on a customer service level but also has the worst idiots beaides Reggie and Wade that work here. Went in with a brand new Honda Accord coupe to put wheels and tires on, as well as ciuld have easily paid cahs price the day of but decided after talking to Wade to make payments theu them bi weekly, in case i changed my mind etc. Which ended up being a great idea. Due to the fact that they coupd NEVER GET THE TIRES BALANCED PROPERLY. This went on for the 3mos i kept the wheels. The car drove like a damn truck the entire time, in which i made the store aware multiple times, wven called a couple times a week at one point. Eventually, i gave up due to my travel schedule and wasnt driving the car as much... got sick of calling them, not them ever calling me. Not once did anyone at the store call to check on wheels. Oh and btw, to wven get the tires and wheels ordered etc and finally get them imstalled.... took an act of congress. Almost month and half to get wheels in and ready to put on. Again this was after, calling and inquiring couple times per week without any updates... yes, i had to call them every time. Not the other way around like most companies do when youre trying to spend $$ witht them. To finalize.. the last month wheels were on car they started calling me if i hadnt paid on th day of due. Not day after. Day of!! Last straw was.. i was off work and at home on vaca and one of the guys show up at MY HOUSE! MY FREAKING HOME, asking sbout my payment. Guess what? It was DUE, THAT DAMN DAY!! Told them to follow me up to the store right then and take the wheels off and put my brand new stock rims on. That was it for me. Id be VERY AWARE OF THESE CHARACTERS. I truly believe the man and his family that started this business, did not intend for thr customers to be treated like this. I believe he would be appalled by this type of terrible cs and experience at the company he built from scratch. I believe he created the business to help people and provide a great service experiemce, not treat people like shit and harass someone for a measley $150 it they are a day late or merely forgot about the payment because they arent used to making it maybe.
