Went for a quick oil change. Customer service by Justin L & Logan S was phenomenal! I drive a Jeep Wrangler, which is prone to bugs on the windshield. Justin went above & beyond an oil change by cleaning my front windshield for me! He also noticed my military license plate and asked me if I served and gave me a military discount! In and out in less than 5 minutes! 10/10. Will be back! read more

Went to the 320 S Emerson location for the FIRST AND LAST TIME on 9/11/24 at 8:30am to receive a TUNE UP. I told the manager that the only thing that was wrong with my car other than the tune up was that my car accelerates on it's on (didn't want them to hit the gas to hard and my car take off on them) he noted it and took my car. They told me it would take about an hour. I called at 9:30am the manager proceeded to tell me that the back of my car was giving them some issues and that it would be another hour. Cool! It gets to 3:30PM and their associate calls me and proceeds to tell me that I needed to make an appointment with the Whiteland location due to the fact that my ECM was popping up on the diagnostics. Told me to make an appointment to get it looked at. I asked him if they were able to get the tune up done he said yes. This man NEVER told me there were any issues with my car other than the ECM. I went to the location at 4:30pm, paid my bill in full and went to get my car. Mind you, the ONLY thing that was wrong with my car was that it accelerated on it's own. When I turned on my car it was shaking really badly and as soon as I put it in drive it CUT OFF. My check engine light immediately came on (NEVER came on before I went to this location). I asked the associate what happened and he was basically clueless. Then told me that they " gave " me a $100 service (that I didn't ask for) for "free". Fast forward to today. The manager tells me that my car was like that (meaning the shaking) when I gave it to him. It wasn't. He said that my spark plugs were in the wrong towers and that when they put them in the correct towers my car didn't run. I had to pay to have my car towed to Ford and they told me that Jiffy Lube in fact had my spark plugs and wires in the wrong towers. Ford put the wires and spark plugs in the CORRECT TOWERS and now my car runs perfectly fine. The manager is not trying to take accountability for their mistakes even though I have it in writing that they were in the wrong. They took my $440 KNOWING that the service was faulty. And I had to pay Ford to tow and service Jiffy Lube's mistake at $370. Jiffy Lube did NOT give me not one dime back. They said I have to go through a "reimbursement process" and that if their guest services deems them responsible then I will receive my money back. But they didn't hesitate to TAKE MY MONEY. But you're basically telling me you're SLOW TO GVIE IT BACK!!! I will NEVER go to another Jiffy Lube location EVER again. Cheap isn't always better because now I'm out of $810 and all I needed was for them to do the tune CORRECTLY the FIRST TIME!!! Don't EVER go here for NOOOOOOOOOOTHING!!!!!!! I used to live in Greenwood, so I was a regular customer for ten years. A few years ago, I moved to another town, but find myself returning to this location for my oil change. I really like that they keep my maintenance history on their computer so that I can see what is recommended due to mileage. It gives me confidence that I am only paying for needed services. I know some people feel places are pushy and try to sell them new equipment. I find that simply saying "no" and not making a big deal about it has worked when I am asked. Having been a customer for over 15 years, I have always been treated with respect and never noticed any pressure to purchase on me or others who are getting vehicle service while I am there. I trust this place to do the work quickly and correctly. I think there are other places that have cheaper prices, but with the money I have invested in my vehicle, I don't want to go to some fly by night shop or have to leave my car all day just for fifteen minutes of work. I've been loyal to jiffy lube for years. I've probably spent well over 2 thousand with them I very the years. I commute 40 thousand miles a year. Now. Never use them again - on principle. I purchased a Groupon for$55.... and it expired. It was for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation.they advertise this often. They said it would now cost me over $35 more.... one would have thought my past loyalty was worth something. This experience tells me much more abut the service attitude (not) of the owners. Assistant manager Travis asked me, how my wipers did last time it rained, I said this is the vehicles first oil change so they are brand new. He then tried to get me to purchase a better oil filter..I again said this vehicle is brand new I don't need it. He followed with I didn't say you need one I'm just recommending it. I said no thank you just change the oil. This doesn't happen when my husband goes there to get the service. I feel like HE was trying to take advantage of me being female to make a sale. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I was loyal to jiffy lube but if my husband can't take the car I will definitely take it somewhere that I feel comfortable. read more

Got bite twice for paying for service I didn't receive. I just get an oil and lube nothing else, but pay for full service (window clean sweeping light check, etc..) Got home a happen to look at the grease fittings and they where not touched nor were any of them. I don't have time to stop my truck works everyday. To pay someone to do it fast is worth the money. But not when they fail to give me the service I pay for. Do not use Jiffy Lube on 135 in Greenwood if you value your hard earned money and car. read more

Nice and quick service as soon as I pulled up. First time to jiffy lube - really was not aware of their process. They are sort of fast/ rushed as they try to provide quick service. So I didn't take offense to that. When picking up my car - all my items of glove compartment were out all over the right side of my floor and the glove compartment appeared to be broken. I pulled up, again was quickly assisted. The employee was so extremely nice and apologized for the other workers not assembling this properly before my pick up. Was very sweet and fixed the issue. 4 stars as fast/ nice but fast was also a con as they didn't fully do everything needed the first time. read more

a couple of months ago I had an oil change here. I was told i needed a cabin filter change so i said yes and paid for both services. Today i had a family friend do an oil change and check all filters, to my surprise, the cabin filter was filthy. Jiffy lube charged me for a new one but NEVER changed it. i will never go back to jiffy lube what a bunch of CROOKS. read more
