That I waited too long lol what?! Also that I took it to two repair shows. The first one doesn't repair diffs so I had to take it to a second place. She, Emily the manager, didn't deny it was their fault, just that those are the reasons. PATHETIC! Whomever is reading this, BEWARE of this place and Valvoline. I showed her my confirmation text and she seemed to have trouble focusing on my appointment. Her eyes were glassed over and appeared to be hung over. She then said she didn't have the correct oil filter which is odd being that I confirmed my year, make & model when I called the day before. She said it would only take ten minutes to have one sent to their location. I let her know the man I talked to said if I was scheduled at 8am, I would be out of there with the hour. The woman cashier said there was no way my vehicle would be finished within an hour. This Meineke store was a filthy pit of a store. chairs in waiting area upholstery ripped up. The coffee area (no coffee) was a disaster, floor dirty & service desk was crowded with papers and other stuff overflowing the whole surface. I just said I wasn't going to wait, I had been told with the hour & left. I have no patience for incompetence & no compassion for people who can't take responsibility for themselves. I wouldn't suggest this Meineke location to anyone. I'm sure there are other locations that are much more in line with their company's vision & values but this one should be an embarrassment to the Meineke corporation.

They took the guests that were there and the appointments over the walk ins which we appreciate because some shops prioritize the walk ins. We appreciate how the management is working here, how when a technician pulled the truck out they heard tire rub (which is normal on a 2500 sized truck with wide tires on it)but the manger immediately checked on it to make sure that everything was alright with the truck. To get all 4 tires done it took about 1 hour and 30 mins roughly which is the quickest we've had tires taken off the rim, put back on the rim and balanced! Great crew and great service!
