Horrible - please be careful, as they tried to do the old bait and switch. When I first called and spoke with the associate, I was quoted $150 for a tire swap from stock wheels to new $6000 custom wheels I had made. Upon my arrival I was informed that I'd be charged $100 additional for new TPMS sensors. See this is a wheel shop that does not stock TPMS sensor rebuild kit (a 30 cent rubber gasket). The price would have been $550 plus tax and all fees - not the $150 I was quoted over the phone. Any reputable tire shop should have these rebuild kits. I had no issues with the other shop I went to, and they are not a tire shop but a full service center. I'd stay far away from these shady business tactics! It's company policy for them to swap these sensors out - from what I was told, yet that wasn't reflected in the initial price to get me in the door! SHADY!!!! read more

Replacing my front brakes took 8 hours, I had my appointment set for 9am, my truck didn't get grabbed and drove into the shop until 11am, after fighting trying to install the new pads, hearing banging in the back for a while they came out and had to order new pads from auto zone, allegedly the first ones they tried had some defect, around 4 I paid for services done, the truck wasn't pulled out front yet and the guy was taking my truck to break in the brakes and rotors, it's now 5pm and my truck still isn't out front. I won't be back here. Oh and it's $600 for front pads and rotors. Save yourself the time and money and do it yourself. 8 hours for brakes is a fucking joke! read more

I called around to multiple tire places looking to get a tire that was leaking taken care of. Rick answered the phone and told me no worries come on in. He was so very helpful. I've bought tires from the Richmond location multiple time and I definitely can say as a company they hire great guys and as a young woman I've never felt like they have tried to take advantage of me price wise either. They called me in to view the wheels mounted without tires to a sure I was going to receive the final look that I had long before! Rick the salesman that handled all of my ordering and scheduling is truly amazing! I believe he went over and beyond my expectations 100% on being sure that I was 100% comfortable with the look that was going to be completed by them! I cannot say enough about this place and they do offer financing but you can save a lot if you pay in full! I would give them 10 stars but five stars is the maximum allowed! I had a slow leak in my rear driver-side tire. The RNR staff inspected both of my rear tires and found an extremely small nail in one of the tires. They also rotated my tires. I found the staff to be very customer-satisfaction oriented. I am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend this company. A GREAT EXPERIENCE. we had a flat tire on the way from Richmond to DC. So we had it towed to Fredericksburg location. The staff was great- gave us emergency care. They looked at other tires and found out that other front tire was also damaged and not that safe. Took time to give us options and call the owner and then repeated it all again for the owner . Gave us the option of really inexpensive set cheap tires [$50 per tire]to get us back to Richmond since we couldn't get new tires that day. Switched rims and mounted them quickly and we were on our way. We couldn't have been more pleased. Put a smile back on our faces after the downer of a flat tire. read more

Had an 11am appointment, car was not brought to garage until 11:35; bad start, right? Had hit a pretty good size pothole, and advised tech of this and that I believed an alignment, at least, was in order. I was called to the service desk 20 minutes later, was told the tech checked the vehicle, was within specs, and road tested it to verify. All okay, and no charge!!!! Was amazed because where I used to live, they would have brought the car in, saw it was within specs, then charged for alignment. My new go to place, highly recommended, and commend their honesty! read more

After checking reviews of businesses that supplied vehicles wheels I first came across this one. I sent in a request for a quote just for a set of rims for all 4 tires that would be installed on the existing tires I already had. I received the initial auto-email stating one of our experienced technicians will be in contact with you in regards to your request. Well a week and a half went by with no further contact from their business so I decided to go elsewhere. I guess since I wasn't dropping $1,500 on wheels and tires my business wasn't needed. I did however contact TintLab on Route 1 after having success with their tint services and noticed they would provide or order any sort of wheels and tires a customer requests. I emailed them through the website and immediately was contacted by the owner who even answered my questions after his business was closed. That is what customer service should be. My money will be spent elsewhere now and in the future. read more

I had purchased a set of performance drag radials from a friend's and he suggested I take them to RNR because their equipment is very good. While they were installing the tires, it was discovered that the tire was going to require a lot of counter weight to balance the wheel. I'll spare you the boring details, but they spent a lot of time working with me on this. We talked about how sometimes tires are just bad from the factory, but it doesn't happen very often. At the end of it all, I had one tire mounted the right way and took the other tire back to be replaced at my friend's speed shop. When I get the tire back I'll be taking it right back there to get it mounted like the first. Never once did they try to sell me a different tire, and I really respect that. They are very military friendly as well. I'll be taking my future wheel and tire needs there in the future. Thanks for the help! read more

They do not fix rims. Misleading advertising.

Despite the friendly smiles and can do attitude im very very disappointed in the quality of service and level of customer care!! My wife and I went in for $1200 dollars in tires and ended up with $2400 in damage to our vehicles front calipers. Plus they failed to balance my factory tires or even put air in them once my aftermarket wheels were installed. The damage caused was associated to the factory powder coating and it was severely scratched on the top outer corner along with very large chips on the inner edge most likely from a rim being dropped or dragged on BOTH front calipers. Despite "pre-work pictures" RnR takes not showing any noticeable damage prior to them touching my car they refused to restore my vehicles condition back to the level it was before entering the shop. The DM literally told me "well if you had brought your car in cleaned prior they could've taken better pictures", but because my calipers were dirty he couldn't tell if the damage was there.... the scratches and chips were noticeably fresh with no dirt/debri in the area in question. The pics I took were of the dirty calipers showing clearly the damage was fresh and not "old". Plus this was the first and only time the rims were removed from this vehicle and dropping/dragging a rim across the calipers was the only way this damage could have occurred. An offer to paint my calipers was provide, but anyone with any type of automotive knowledge knows you can't effectively paint powder coated surfaces because it is not a porous enough surface for paint to adhere on. The only way you can "paint" a powder coated surface is to sandblast and prime, which my vehicles front calipers do not have any type of seal/rebuild kit for for this process to be done. Toss in having to ALWAYS be the one to reach back out and inquire about a resolution even though they tell me "they will call me back" lets me know my patronage is definitely not welcome!! So if you have a nice or expensive vehicle or a vehicle that you care about at all I would not recommend RnR... Oh yea, and they threw away my after market valve stem caps I had installed on my factory rims. Nice people but piss poor customer service ESPECIALLY when they damage your vehicle. read more

this place is the last place you will want to go tires an rims at I bought a set aug 2017 understanding in my contract it was a 12 deal in which I put down $200.00 an paid $ 350.00 a month on them which I realized they were over priced an this company don't stand by there warranty at all after 6 months the tires started roaring like a monster truck going down the road I called an let them know the issue an paid my last payment in aug 2018 after that I never heard back from them at all anymore until nov 20 2018 some new manager name Tommy texts me an say I still owe money on my account smh after 3 months from not getting any calls or anything from RNR I asked was they going to replace those tires that was cheap they sold me an was know good he wouldn't answer that at all so take my advice buy off line or anywhere besides here over priced an they don't stand by there WARRANTY that's in the contract I will take all paper work to court if needed to prove my case they don't know who there dealing with read more
