I purchased a new set of aftermarket wheels for my car, but due to wheel size (Porsche 911) most tire shops didn't want to dis/re-mount my tires and wheels. RNR was recommended finally by the folks at Firestone, so I gave them a call. Carey was extremely helpful and was able to get me in the following day. Did a great job of getting everything mounted up and had me out in about 1/2 the time quoted. They run a very clean operation and everyone was professional. I bought 4 tires and 4 wheels. 2100 dollars. 9 days later on Thanksgiving I noticed I had a nail in my tire. I was heading to Ft. Meyers but drove around looking for a place that's open including this place. This place wasn't but I did find one. Since I have a warranty I thought they would reimburse me for the repair. Nope. I had a bad experience with this shop. The Spanish counter guy tried to upsell new tires for my wheel alignment regardless even if had very decent tires on front, completely dishonest. Everybody knows your two front tires must be in very good condition. The back tires should be presentable so I took my business elsewhere. What a waste of time. read more

Got a tire patch in Porsche Spyder's tire and the guys did a great job. I'm always concerned when I bring my car anywhere that isn't a Porsche dealer but these guys babied my car and did a great job. The tech put a plastic cover on my seat and even floor mats to not dirty it - did a great job driving the car into the bay - it's a manual and he was very nice with the clutch and did a great job removing and repairing the tire. No scratches or dings at all. Def pampered my car and treated my car very well. Very nice staff and great service. Def recommend coming here. read more

Been to RnR 4 times. 4 times they got it wrong. I'm a mechanic that has actually been in the tire field, at one time. The "technicians" at RnR are slow and sloppy. RnR has the latest in alignment equipment. Employees don't take advantage of the great equipment, they have at their disposal. 3 times they adjusted my alignment. 3 times they got it wrong. 3 times they sent it out, with steering wheel not being straight. 2nd time, I advised them, steering wheel must be turned, as there was no way, it was so far out of alignment. They aligned it with steering wheel being turned. Needless to say, steering wheel had to stay turned, to drive straight. Third time, steering wheel was turned slightly opposite direction. These grimmy people don't care what you are going through. I came in there with a flat tire and needed a rim the guy ended up talking my head off about getting all 4 rims and tires for my car, just for 1 month later all of the tires start balding. I go through a hard time with money for minute and these people without a care in the world come and take the tires off my car, forget the payments that I've made on them, they don't put you into collections or anything , they make you pay for tires, then come and sneakily take them from you while you and your child go through covid and bed ridden for 3 days.. left my car on 4 rusty tires which made my apartment complex think my car was a junk car which got my car towed, so now not only do I have no tires, I have no car. My car that I still am making payments on. These people are triffling asf I would never ever recommend anybody do business with them, and if you do, STICK TO WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, anything they try to upsell you on if you have a miss happ in payments they will come take it , not work out a payment plan with you. This is how they left my car... which resulting in the complex putting an orange sticker as if my car is broke down bc that's how RNR LEFT IT!! Be Very careful with their "4 months same as cash" offer which is no more than a buy here pay here scam and Nothing like normal businesses that offer a 90 day or whatever same as cash. You will Always pay "fees" which "aren't interest" but they try to charge you $20/week or $86/4 weeks. Not sure how someone making 4 payments instead of 1 is causing more work until you read the fine print, then you realize they just want to keep you paying As Long as possible because the longer you go the more they make so they have to charge you a little extra and even try to convince you over the phone to pay bare minimums even when you call to large chunks. Then I come to find out the person who sold me this scam no longer works for the company but hey my loss their gain they got me so good. I went from leaving and feeling like I would be a customer for life to my second payment and Last after this BS. Also Never Wanting to return for another purchase Again. My son went to get a tire and was charged $360 for one tire. And on top of that they broke the cap that covers the lugs nuts but claims it was missing when he asked about. Rip off arrist. Brought tire for simple repair ( nail in center of tire) they came back and said it was irreparable. They pointed side of tire which was slashed on the outside. The slash was not there when I brought the tire in. They tried ghostlighting me and wanted me to purchase a new tire. Needless to say, they knew I was on to them and gave me a replacement. My fiance brought in my car that rode very smooth. No problems with alignment, traction, nothing at all. He had all new tires put on my 2012 gmc acadia. After the installation of the tires my traction control light came on while still at shop. We were told to take it somewhere else and my fiance was made to sign some waiver about the warning light. They get no stars I've had nothing but problems since I encountered this establishment. Make a long story short I'll be rolling my tires back in there tomorrow I'd love to go into detail but you guys get a thumbs down except your mechanics they're freaking awesome they actually sit and talk to me the other day about what was wrong with my vehicle and videoed for me and took their time so your mechanics are great but the guy Carl in the business department he's very unprofessional. The best around!! I had no idea what to do when I got a nail in my tire this week. I called and spoke to Levon and he was so patient and helpful when I was stressed out about it all. He told me to just bring it in and he will help me figure it out. Thankfully I just needed it patched but he was giving me all of my alternative options in case it were the worse case scenario. Had an AMAZING experience today at RNR Tire Express! My 2012 Tahoe was in need of new 24" tires. Other places were pushy, however Marco listened to my needs and helped me get the right tires for my SUV. Scott managed to get the job done in minimal amount of time and I was off with a new set of wheels. The Tahoe rides like it did when I bought it! I bought a Groupon for an alignment and tire rotation. I booked two weeks in advance and dropped my truck off to get worked on. The massless desk guy never greeted me and just handed me a paper to fill out without even saying anything. I fill it out and go to tell him it's pulling right and steering is loose. He is not listening at all and cuts me off saying alignment has nothing to do with steering and ask a mechanic. So I'm like, ok bye, rude much? He said he'd call when it's done. Two hours later, no call, so I call and someone says they'll check, and that its done come get it. I show up and the same desk guy says we could not do the alignment but we rotated and filled your tires. The rust was too bad to do alignment. I'm not thrilled but I understand if they decided to not work on it but they should've known that right away and I never got a call it wasn't being done and did I want to come get it. It just sat there. Then he expected me to pay I believe and I said I wouldn't because no one told me the whole service couldn't be done. So I'll get a refund through Groupon. Fine, waste of time and bad service. Then I get home and see that in fact all my tires are in the same spot and have not been rotated. I know this because my front tire has a repair job and my back tires are snow tires. So they couldn't have been rotated either side to side or front to back. Straight up lie on top of everything. I call to tell a manger and am put on hold because of my phone number I believe he knew it was me. I have my husband call on his phone and he's answered immediately. With reluctance he's transferred to a manager to whom I tell my story. The manager says sorry no one called but my guys didn't lie about rotating tires and he'll go check on it. He gets back on the line and said it was too dangerous for them to do anything and nothing was done. He says front assumed it was done and wasn't lying. Makes no sense. Every time I went there to get a tire put on, it'd come off the next day. My friend went there and waited 3 hours to get her flat tire patched and had to leave and never got her tire done. Horrible company they allowed a family member to walk in and add tires on my account without my approval. After arguing with them I agreed to pay for the tires. I always paid online and never had problems. One account was weekly the other account was bi weekly. When I made payments online it would go to the wrong account and they would charge me late fees because they claim I was not paying on time. When I sign they also told me 6 months to pay tires after the 6 months they call me and tell me I still owe $280 I said I was paid already. No read the fine print tires that should have cost only about $600 they tried getting me for almost $1000. When I called to complain they gave me attitude!!! I asked to speak or get the number for the franchise owner or corporate office and I was told by the girl on the phone that they would not give me that information and they would not speak to me because they don't have time for a customer complaint. I rented wheels at this store. The sales staff is very nice and down to earth. Without pause, the sales person knew what, by my request 20in/10 inch wheels, would fit my Acura TL Type S appropriately. Even with my specific requirements, I had 3 choices. This demonstrates the large selection at RNR. I felt no pressure to decide or rent to own. I had the additional problem of horrible credit. No problem! I paid on time and even either early or more than the minimum payment. I highly recommend this or your first 10 principal payments (paying for the wheel themselves, not interest) would be less than $10. I payed them off in mid 2017. For me to care enough to write this review nearly a year later shows how thankful and appreciative I am. A tip to anyone who buys for RNR. Pay by credit/debit by phone or cash in person at the store itself. RNR is a chain store. The payment to the website is slow and not reliable. This is the only reason that 4 not 5 stars were given. More accurately I would give this location 5 stars. Also I can only speak to the store in Tampa on W Hillsborough near the airport. Obviously I can't speak to any other locations. The silver haired manager with the husky voice (sorry, I'm bad with names) is a gentleman and very fair. Tell him Bryan sent you. Also, negotiation can be done to some extent. I have an Oem spec of 215/50/R17 90T and went up to 225/35/ZR20 92W. Very minor "swooshing" noted only on unexpected harsh bumps. The Lexani Tires are great. Cornering had never created a problem. After I moved to 225/30/ZR20 92W and encountered no problems. Added note: I put coilovers all the way around which lowered the car 1/2 inch but significantly stiffened the car and allowed a slight camber adjustment with an alignment. Headers, massive boxed cold air intake, downpipe, cat delete, Apex cat back exhausts, Ventilated Cross Drilled and Grooved rotors with EBC Carbon/ceramic pads existed before RNR purchase. If you come upon a White TL with red Acura Badging and Black Dubs, take it slow unless you have a "Pony Car" or faster. All mods were professionally done and in nearly every instance with car specific tuned Acura/Honda parts. My car is a sleeper, and love eating up those annoying loud Civics or Scions or even stock "Z" cars. I dynomapped @289WHP/275ftlbs. Doesn't sound like much but if your driving a car advertised at 350hp, no where near that reaches the pavement. Just saying, don't get embarrassed. read more
