I brought my BMW seven in for new tires mounted and balanced, and a four wheel alignment. I had an appointment at 10:30 AM. They said that it would be ready in one hour or one and a half hours. I went back 2 1/2 hours later, and my car was still on the lift, tires were not installed and alignment not performed. They told me it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I came back an hour later and picked up my car. The tires do not feel like they are properly balanced, and they refused to give me any documentation about the alignment? 7804 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Store. Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Store is supposed to open at 0730, customer area did not open until 0830. Manager arrived at 08:15 and played with her computer before opening the store. It took two attempts to enter before she reluctantly unlocked the store. Customers came before 08:00 and departed (lost business). Upon entering I greeted the manager with good morning (no response or acknowledgement). Manager vaping in the store with customers present. I was informed the vehicle would be ready around 12:30, job completed at 3:26; I arrived to the store at 1 PM and inquired of the vehicle, was told a pulley needed to be changed, no one called to inform of additional work. I called the shop they took me right in. Had it fixed in five minutes and told me there was no charge. I had to ask him again. He said no... No charge really. Called with a nail in a tire. Made an appointment for 1pm, got there about 15 min late. Was told it would take about 30 minutes. Went and grabbed lunch, came back 90 minutes later, the car had not been touched. Someone finally started work on the car while I stood there. Finished 30 minutes later. So took 2 hours total. Bill was $48 which is pretty steep for a simple tire patch. Glad they helped me out on short notice, but I had a much better experience at Callaghan Tire just north. read more

I called around 11am today asking if I could bring my vehicle in around 4pm for an oil change. I was told that it would be no problem at all. I even asked if he was sure because I know it's close to closing time. He also told me they close at 5pm which is also a lie because they close at 6pm. He assured me that he had two guys there working and yes it's fine. I was EXTREMELY upset to have arrived just after 4pm to have been turned away. Brought my car in because my TPMS light was on. The guy in the front already rubbed me off the wrong way upon my first three seconds of walking in. He talked to me as if I was a child that didn't know what I was doing, yet I had to constantly school him. He had a "I hate my job" attitude and seemed like a dumb know it all. I told him I had an appointment and he tells me "for what?" ... you should know that, you work here. I told him my issue in regards to one of my tires having a leak and he insisted it that it just needs air... (dumb***). I had to once again school him that I recently filled all my tires with air days prior, and that my light just came on the day of. He still insisted that it needs more air and told his guy to fill up the tires with air.. I instantly got pissed off and told the guy that he didn't even mention my problem to him. Told him that my light was on because of a leak. He started checking the tires one by one, he got to the second tire to find a screw lodged in. He was about to get to fixing until I told him to check the rest of the tires... (I shouldn't have to tell him that) he did and found another screw in another tire. He took them out, plugged them up and I immediately turned off the TPMS light. He told me that there were still tire codes coming on his computer that was connected to my car. Me being an idiot, didn't assess that enough and let him send me on my way after I asked him if the car was good and he told me "yes". Long story short, my TPMS later came BACK on smh. I just inspected my own damn wheels to find a needle in the same tire he "fixed", and on top of that, he didn't even put my stem covers back on. This place sucks and I want my money back. read more

What a relief to find this place! A coworker recommended this company in general for their stellar prices on tires, but each location had mixed reviews in terms of service... I figured it was worth a shot, seeing as though my bald tires REALLY needed to be changed. I called this location up and asked for the tires I saw online. Denny, whom I didn't know was the manager, took care of my call and told me the tires I was interested in were unavailable. He rectified the situation by offering me similar tires for the same price. I asked him to guarantee me the same price over the phone and he chuckled, saying he absolutely would. After getting lost due to my GPS, I arrived and Denny greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. He knew it was me, too, because he noticed my bright red car pulling into the parking lot. After showing me the print out and noting it was a very fair price for the tires, I paid & let them begin the work. It wasn't longer than 45 minutes before he told me it was all done - wow! They also looked at other issues I was having with my vehicle and gave me a printout quote for the other repairs, in case I was interested. With a firm hand shake and a genuine smile, Denny wished me the best and assured me he'd be there for any other car needs I had. Just had brake pads changed front and back, rotors dressed and front struts replaced on my Lexus 430, Needless to say, a pretty big job. This place literally saved my day. I walked in and spoke to Marciel at this location and he turned my horrible morning into a breeze. My tire blew out on I-95 so I brought it here. He walked to my vehicle to take a look, wrote down the info her needed & quoted me the same tires on my vehicle. He was able to order it and have it replaced in 2 hours. He worked directly with my warranty to have the cost taken care of under my plan. Usually when you deal with warranties you get a headache from the middleman but it was completely painless and he knows exactly what he's doing. Call a day ahead to make an appointment for an oil change telling the manager that I needed to wait for the car. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, took the manager 10+ minutes just punching computer keys entering my information, (which by the way was already in their system as I've been here multiple times), answering phone, talking with walk-ins, then he tells me the total will be $128 . I wanted a standard $39.99 oil change that was advertised, he was charging me for the synthetic premium one $$$. Never asked what service I wanted. Another 10 minutes punching keys on the computer to change the service order. Over 2.5 hours later and oil change still not completed. What's the sense in taking appointments if you have to wait for the morning walk-in jobs to get completed. I miss the old manager Donald, and won't be back next time I need tires or service. Don't despair, Tire Choice on Dixie, will repair! I have now been to Tire Choice on Dixie Hwy WPB 4 times in the last 4 months..The tire issue was so outstanding thanks to Donald the manager, as my tires are hard to find. Even the Fiat dealership could not get a tire for a week.. Seriously? Today I brought my car in as it had a bit of vibration in idle,,,3 other places said it was complicated and would be in the shop for at least 4 days...Little did they know the car is still under warranty, but was quoted at least 500.00 perhaps more......I do research...I called Donald at Tire Choice, as I already knew what the issue was....Dropped the car off, said only there was a vibration, he said no problem, we'll look at it....I got a call back in 2 hours...he said one of the caps when they changed my oil was not tightened..Honest....No Charge.....It does not get better than this place, and it's due to the manager Donald. I hope his management and corporate read this, as I am very educated and picky. Customer Service is outstanding...Don't waste your time going to an automotive repair place, can't say, but most are not trained, taught to charge for a probable issue, that they are not skilled at. A fairly mixed review. The service was convenient since they could take me right away, and they offered to match a competitor's lower price. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that the "price match" wasn't quite what it seemed, since the competitor's price included rotation and balancing as well as a road hazard warranty, neither of which I was even offered. I had to pay the dealer to balance the tires and, literally the next day, got a spike in one of the tires and had to get a new one. An expensive lesson and one I'll avoid in the future. Traveled with friends from Sarasota to West Palm Beach to celebrate our Anniversary. During our visit there we picked up a construction screw and started loosing air quickly. I found this location and called to found out if they could repair the tire. They told me to come in right away. Donald Murray the manager was a honest guy and told me that the tire was easily repairable. He actually held a bay open for us so that when we arrived at the shop, he had us pulled in immediately.
