Birthday Dinner made beautiful. I went to Ro Steakouse for my birthday this year. The ambiance in the restaurant is so nice. It's very sultry and cozy. I loved the decor. And the bathroom was so nice too. The food and drinks were amazing. The scallops were cooked to perfection! We still talk about those scallops months later because they were that good!! Our steak was delicious but we didn't need to bone marrow honestly. It didn't add anything for the experience other than the price. Service was so friendly and made me feel special. I would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting Miami.

Great vibe. Dimly lit. The bar is cool and has a fire element. Guac was tasty and fresh. My ribeye was good but the cafe crust New York was amazing. Would definitely get that again. The potatoes au gratin with truffle and Mac n cheese were great sides. Portions are very big and you will leave full. Their bread and butter they start you off with was also yummy. Spicy marg is tasty and very spicy. The pricing is very well. Would come back!

All ambiance, no substance. That's how I would describe the dining experience we encountered here. Drinks were good, probably the only thing of note. Food was pretty mediocre, the Ribeye Chicharron appetizer looked good but was essentially overcooked meat on top of guac, with a side of tiny tortillas. My New York strip also looked great but also lacked flavor, the roasted garlic and steak sauce were doing the majority of the heavy lifting. And then there was the truffled potatoes au gratin; picture perfect, but were really swimming in an oily broken cheese sauce beneath the crust. I spared you the image. Service was adequate but became snippy when a misunderstanding came up when the bill was asked to be split. Considering that this place isn't cheap and there's plenty of other options in the area, consider those first.

An unexpected business dinner was scheduled at RO and when I saw the address I was surprised as I live in the area and had never heard of scene it, needless to say I was pleasantly surprised.. The decor, ambience and food were excellent !! I had a late lunch as I didn't I'd be going out for dinner, as did some other guests so we only ordered apps... what we did order was excellent and the wine list goes from a $3K bottle of wine to a reasonable one at just $85, for miami that's a great option to have. If you're looking for a new steakhouse in the gables with an amazing bar, ambiance and food, don't miss out..

I came to see what the buzz was all about. It appears my new neighborhood steakhouse featured a menu with the classic favorites along with a variety of seafood fusion options. We started off w the hamachi tiradito and then split the creamed spinach, potato au gratin & the cafe encrusted steak. The ambience was dimly lit yet the music was a bit overpowering. I will say the steak was tougher than I'd hoped it be but I gave the extra star on my rating for the great service that our waitress Tesla gave us. I'm glad I went with her hamachi recommendation because it was the best dish of the night. The cocktails were amazing (better than the food in my opinion) so it worked out for the dinner plans that night. The bar had an interesting flamelike decor on it which added to the ambience. Perhaps on my next visit I'll try a leaner cut of steak because the dish I opted for wasn't what I expected. But overall, it's a solid choice in the gables area.

Was pleasantly surprised by this new restaurant! The ambiance and attention to detail in the decor make you feel like you're in a luxurious place. The service was good, but it was hard to track down our waiter since we were sitting far from everyone else at the restaurant. Now the food was delicious! All the appetizers we ordered were very flavorful and fresh! I even got to try their tuna dish and steak. I highly recommend both, but definitely do the steak over fish since it is a stake house! I like that there are a lot of options for cocktails and most of the ones I tried were very good! Great spot for a date night or special occasion!

Was excited to try this new Mexican steakhouse especially for their Wagyu on the stone dish. Unfortunately, they had run out by the time we arrived, which was surprising for a Wednesday night, not even a weekend. Disappointing, to say the least. We ended up ordering the cowboy steak instead, and it absolutely did not disappoint. It came with bone marrow, was super tender, and perfectly cooked. We paired it with truffle gratin potatoes, which complemented the steak beautifully. For starters, we tried the ribeye chicharron, rock shrimp, and oysters which were all very good . For dessert, we went with their signature corn illusion ice cream filled with dulce de leche. It had a very unique and acquired flavor. Not necessarily my favorite, but still interesting to try. We also learned about their weekday lunch special $35 for an appetizer entre and one side of your choice , which includes the skirt steak as an option. That's a deal worth coming back for. The space itself is beautifully decorated inside, with a stylish, upscale feel that makes it perfect for a night out. The bar area is super cool too, and the fake fire illusion adds a fun and eyecatching touch to the ambiance.

RO Steakhouse absolutely DELIVERED. We were supposed to come last weekend for my boyfriend's bday, but life had other plans and we were feeling a little under the weather. Fast forward to yesterday... we finally made it in, and WOW, was it worth the wait. From the second we walked into RO Steakhouse, we were greeted warmly at the host stand and taken straight to our table. Let's talk ambiance for a second because... MOODY. SEXY. STUNNING. The lighting, the vibe, the energy... it's dark and intimate without feeling stuffy. The bar alone is a showstopper. We were seated in these super comfortable chairs with actual back pillows (10/10 lol my spine was THRIVING). Almost immediately, our waiter Frank came over... and honestly, shoutout Frank because he was AMAZING. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful since it was our first time here. I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail (which was great), and we started with appetizers. We were torn between the ribeye chicharrón and the branzino, and Frank steered us toward the branzino... and THANK GOD he did. Those branzino bites were the STAR of the appetizers. Perfectly crispy little nuggets of fried branzino served with leche de tigre and a red pepper sauce... absolutely unreal. The presentation was gorgeous, and you could tell the fish was cleaned, prepped, and fried to perfection. I'm still thinking about it. The carpaccio? SO good. The kale salad? Listen... this was not a sad kale salad (lol). Raisins, shredded cheese, walnuts, grapefruit, and a vinaigrette that tied everything together beautifully. I don't even remember the exact vinaigrette, I just know it WORKED. For mains, Adam got the RO Cowboy steak, which came with two pieces of bone marrow, and I got the Kansas City steak. We both ordered medium, and they came out PERFECTLY cooked. Perfect seasoning, incredible quality, and honestly some of the best cuts of meat we've had. We kept going back and forth saying, "No, mine's better... wait no, yours is better," because they were that good lol. Sides were equally elite. The potato au gratin (Frank's recommendation again) were some of the best potatoes I've ever had in my life.. rich, creamy, and addictive. The broccolini had a nice kick, and the mushrooms? I'm not even a mushroom person and I LOVED them. Dessert sealed the deal. Frank suggested the corn-shaped dessert, and WOW. It looks like actual corn but tastes like sweet corn, with dulce de leche and vanilla ice cream inside. Completely unique, slightly mind-blowing, and absolutely delicious. I would order this again without hesitation. Overall? We were beyond impressed. This was the PERFECT place to celebrate my sweetie's birthday, and we will 100% be back... even if it means making the drive from Broward. This is officially going into our rotating steakhouse lineup. From check-in to service to food... FIVE STARS ALL AROUND. And seriously... thank you, Frank!

You can valet, street parking, or find a nearby parking garage. Location looks really nice and has a bar inside. Staff was friendly in my experience and attentive. The bread and butter at the beginning is nice since other places now tend to charge for bread. The flaming cheese, filet, and spicy rigatoni was good. The corn dessert was unique. I can't even describe the taste but I think it was good. I think the prices were good for being a Miami steakhouse. I think the quality was the same as a Daniels or Sunnys but better pricing so would definitely come back. I think its worth it. Albeit that they might have different takes on dishes or have some different offerings.

I enjoyed our Valentine's Day dinner that we had with three other couples for a total of eight people. The service and the food was very good. The reason for the four stars is that there was an exaggerated delay in getting us our table despite having reservations. There was an opportunity for service recovery, considering that we were there for so long. Perhaps a glass of Prosecco would've been appropriate to keep us happy while we waited for a table that should have been ready.

Newly opened in the Coral Gables area, Ro Steakhouse provided a whole culinary experience. From the food to the service ( shout out to Yuham, our server), it was an exceptional dinner. I was fortunate enough to try multiple plates for dinner and I would recommend each one + the coconut mojito I ordered first. From the hot starters the sierra flamed cheese is great for those cheese lovers- served with tortilla, it's nice and melty. The branzino chicharrón was so good with the leche de Tigre and I think the portion can definitely be for more than two people. From the cold starters the tuna tataki was fresh and flavorful. From the seafood- the grilled octopus is a must try item. It was one of the best I've had! Moving on to the meats, the fire & bone tacos were a close second to the octopus as my top choice. The plate brings two tacos but they were hearty and I could probably have just eaten that and be okay. Probably not enough for someone that can eat more. As my main dish I ordered the ribeye which was cooked exactly to my liking by the time I got to it, I was already getting full from trying everything else but still I went on to try the asparagus, broccolini and Brussel sprouts as the side dishes. If you have to pick one- do the Brussels sprouts! As far as desserts, they had four options. The cheesecake was a big portion for me and on the sweeter side. It wasn't something I could eat by myself no matter how good it was. The other dessert was the lava cake with pistachio ice cream.... that ice cream was top notch and I could have had that by itself. I would have tried more if I could fit any more and will be back to try some more dishes in the future.

Food delightful and filling, we tried several steaks and the Mac and cheese is decadent. Don't forget to try the melted cheese with chorizo and fresh tortillas. Service was excellent and ambiance clean was sexy.

Outstanding, new Mexican Steakhouse in the heart of Coral Gables. Beautifully designed restaurant, classy crowd, excellent food and very attentive service. Came for their weekday lunch special menu and everything was on point and delicious. The complimentary bread with chive butter was delicious. For the special $36 lunch price I chose the diver scallops for my appetizer followed by a skirt steak that was cooked a perfect medium rare and accompanied with roasted garlic. I selected mashed potatoes as my side dish. Again, everything was delicious. I had a nice glass of red wine with the meal and left completely satisfied. Beautiful bar area as well....I will be returning many times to this wonderful addition to the Gables.

First of all, the vibes were immaculate. We sat outside and it was so peaceful at first because I think we were literally the first people there for happy hour/lunch. It felt like we unlocked a secret level before the crowd came. Perfect weather, great energy, good music, cute scenery... very "main character with a discounted cocktail" energy. Now let's talk FOOD. Every single dish we ordered was SO flavorful. Like somebody in that kitchen actually believes in seasoning and I just want to personally thank them for their service. Even the fries??? And let's have a serious conversation because not all fries deserve rights. Especially those thick overly battered fries that feel like you're chewing on drywall. These fries were thin, crispy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned... exactly how fries should be. No unnecessary jacket on them. Just vibes. The tuna tartare was AMAZING. Fresh, flavorful, light, addictive. I could've ordered another one and acted like it was "for the table." The calamari was cooked perfectly too. Nice and airy, tender, not rubbery. You know how some calamari fights back when you chew it? Not this one. Peaceful calamari. The edamame with the chunky sea salt was weirdly one of my favorite things. So simple but SO good. And the Korean wings??? BABY. Those were "cancel your evening plans and order another round" wings. We don't say "to die for" anymore because positivity, growth, healing... but let's just say I would dramatically think about those wings again later. The drinks were great, the prices during happy hour honestly felt fair, and our waiter was SO sweet and attentive the entire time. Overall, I would absolutely come back.
