I had to take them to court after they completely ignored my phone calls and texts regarding a job. Despite receiving a legal judgment, it turned out to be just a piece of paper when dealing with them. From a customer satisfaction stand point I do not agree with your assessment of this situation. The unit should not have been sold to us in the condition it was in. We knew the unit was as is, but we were also informed by your team everything was inspected and in great condition. Apparently we were not told the whole truth in the beginning. I mean just the poop situation should be a red flag to you that the unit was not inspected properly. I am sure it does not matter much to you that your company sold us a lemon, but it does matter to us. Integrity means a lot to us but apparently not to your business.
