I filled out the estimate request on their website and received prompt response from owner, John Fischer. I was prepared to spend the estimated amount. There were several flexible dates offered, and I scheduled promptly. I arrived on a Sunday evening with offer of overnight with water and electric on their property. Early (7:30am!) the following morning, Shawn Fouse greeted me with expectations for roof replacement. With his expertise and further conversation with John, the estimate was significantly reduced.....but since I was prepared to pay the initial estimate, Shawn and I discussed replacement of our original awning. I had already discussed this with my dealer and had a pretty good idea of pricing. AZ RV Roof is also starting fabric replacement on some awnings and the pricing was way less than my dealer offered and a better quality awning! I was hitting the JACKPOT!. Both John and Shawn are very easy to work with, but Shawn, with his personal RV experience offered lots of additional assistance for my needs, beyond the roof. This business is definitely "old school" with customer service at the top of their game. There are several nearby hotels and I used Uber to get around. My new roof was ready on time, complete with awning replacement. I can see why they don't have less than 5 star reviews.

Our axel and bearings had blew and we were looking at a long wait for parts. Woody came out and assessed the damages. He found the parts and was diligent. He even drove to Phoenix to pick up the parts. Woody came out when he said he would and worked in the cold rain to do the repairs. He gave us an exact quote and didn't charge any more even though he worked longer than he estimated. He came out and looked at both issues then said his daughter will email me an invoice thatvI need to pay before he comes back out to fix the issues. Not sure why he didnt fix the water leak when he came out the first time, I guess he has a big van but no parts. He pre-billed me for 5 hours which I naively paid. He returned the next day and replaced the fuel filter on the generator and some pex behind the toilet. Total time spend for the 2 visits was 2 hours, and a large potion of the time was him just talking about stuff, including that I should have bought a used Prevost instead of my new Georgetown. I tried to talk to him about refunding some of the money as he only spent 2 hours working on the unit. He started claiming the industry charges a fixed hourly rate for services and he finishes faster. I advised he charged me 4 hours to replace a fuel filter, industry standard is 30 minutes. Then he claimed the extra $450 was his travel time to pick up the $20 filter that was 15 miles away. He eventually agreed to return some of my money but never did. Also, right after he left the toilet started leaking from a loose fitting. He, without looking at it, says "well you have a second leak". Was just coincidence that the pex tubing he was pulling on came loose from the toilet and caused extensive water damage. I see why he has some bad reviews and niw makes you pay up front, at least if you are traveling in the area. Use at your own risk.​

I'll be living in this trailer for about a year while I have a home built and really needed help with repairs on my 1996 Fleetwood Prowler. Brian has been nothing but helpful, very accommodating, and has handled a host of problems, including installing a tankless hot water heater, installing a new furnace motor, installing a toilet where the flange had been glued in place but then cut making it impossible for me to install on my own, addressing loose faucets, and installing a new gfi outlet made almost impossible due to a very very shallow wall. He also installed a new faucet for my home made tub and resolved some electrical issues. I would highly recommend him.

Had some plants that did not have waterlines pulled. From the time we contracted them (they came and looked at our project the same day) to ordering the grass, to installing the turf, sanding our pavers (front and back) and running several bubbler lines, it took them 2 days. They Very prompt, conscientious, polite, and their attention to detail was top notch. I would highly recommend them. Oh yea, their pricing was reasonable!
