They did cover it I have had nothing but issues with my car. The next day i was in bell tire with alignment issues, loose tyrods and bad shocks Then the day after that I was in carite by my house so they could fix the windshield wipers that werent working. they paid for this stuff to be done. I went to the dealer ship only to find out i couldnt pull a warranty on this car from mopar because it came from Canada. Even if it did have a US vin. It took me 4 days working with Chrysler to get a decent warranty because of that. I was so mad i was in tears. I recently had my tires replaced because of the bad ones on there. I noticed a my rpms were too high on the car on a cold start. The odometer was giving me an error before it started and then i kept hearing noises from my engine. Which ended up being because I had no coolant in there. This is all in the span of a month since i have bought it. I took it to the dealership now for repair and they are having issues because my odometer is reading KM but its really mileage. so after few phone calls I decided to pull my own car report from Canada. The car was in a major collision with structural damage. It was Disclosed at the auction where they purchased it.. it doesnt have a salvage title. I paid 19k for this car plus traded in my perfectly fine durango that was still under mopar warranty until this sept. I just wanted a newer old style durango with lower mileage before I moved out of state in the middle of no where. If they would have disclosed this information I would have walked away and kept looking. I was not in a rush. They charged me full clean retail for this car and non stop headaches. I lost days off of work. Plus all the headaches and phone calls. My advice Run!

He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient throughout. He made sure to take me to my new vehicle and show me many of the features that I would have never discovered on my own. Let's face it - I'm never going to read the owner's manual, so this overview of the vehicle was critical and he did a great job. For example, I have seen the TC button on several of my other vehicles, but I finally know when and how to use it! He had me set up the On Star and my Chevrolet apps and we made sure I had set everything up correctly. I made some sort of entry error in the set up along the way, and Duane was so patient with me and helped troubleshoot where I went wrong. I left the dealership with everything working properly. I emphasize his patience because we were there on the last day of the month, and the dealership was incredibly busy. He could have easily breezed through the process to move on to another customer, but he made sure everything was just right before we left. Brad Wise, the General Manager, checked in on us while we were there. He was friendly and interested in making sure everything was going smoothly - it was! He clearly has surrounded himself with a great staff to make our experience positive. I live in NC so when I located the car I had searched the internet for (color/gadgets/miles/price point) on their lot, I proceeded with caution as I gathered as much information as I could. I spoke with Joe the first time I called and he was very straightforward, matter of fact, and to the point. This was a plus but not enough to win my confidence. We agreed on a price and I must have called them 3 more times to flesh out questions I had as I thought of them. Each time they patiently answered my questions and helped me problem solve to overcome the challenges of a cross country purchase. When all was said and done, I got the car I wanted for the price we agreed on and not a penny more. The transaction was as straightforward as Joe was the first time we talked. I flew up to Detroit earlier than expected to expedite the purchase so the car was a little dusty when I showed up, but Joe hooked me up with some pocket change to get a nice car wash before hitting the road back to NC. A small gesture but it was consistent with the kind of customer service I'd been receiving from them long before they could tell if I was a serious buyer.
