After the initial event the light show still lights up every night until the end of the holiday season. In years past I've taken my kids to the park to see the lights and they are always very nice and well down. One of the better light shows in the Lousiville and surrounding cities such as Shepherdsville. This year in 2021 I actually made it out to the parade. Very nice parade that mainly consisted of decorated first responder vehicles that shown bright with holiday lights as soon as nightfall hits. They throw tons of candy that it was Almost like my kiddos had a second Halloween. The main event and last thing in the parade was Santa clause up top a fire engine. Overall we always enjoy light up shepherdsville. Always a cool and free holiday light experience. Doing the parade this year added to that experience as well. However, as mentioned you can still come enjoy light up shepersville any night of the week during the holiday season and check out there light displays in Frank e Simon park.

This house every year is synced to 87.9 fm radio and the lights and characters blink and talk along to the music and custom made "commercials". I honestly had no idea this house existed until 2021. I do not live far at all from this house so when I seen there website/Facebook page I had to come check it out. Absolutely worth the drive to check this place out. This house alone is worth the trip however we noticed that on that same road of zoneton not even a half a mile away is another house or two that has sown very extravagant lights. Which to me makes zoneton road maybe the areas best stretch or holiday light viewing. Overall, very cool house and the radio station and commercials pre made for the family are very cool and innovative. Very glad I stumbled across there page and found out this place existed. It will become an annual place we visit and since it is close to home I'm sure we will even tie out here several more times this holiday season.

My wife found a Groupon for a wine tasting and cheese board. We knew the wine was going to be good…read morebecause, when we arrived the, group before was walking out with a couple of cases of wine. We truly enjoyed the experience. The employee that served us during the tasting was so a delight! We laughed and cut up with her. I enjoy sweet wines and found some that I really like. There was also a wine slushy. It was really good. There was a cozy area set up by the fireplace and some outside seating. They have live music sometimes too!! Will definitely be back
