Ran into a pillar at a carwash and was able to immediately book an appointment to get my truck booked for a quick fix. All in all, the process of ordering the parts, assembly and paint only took a week and the results is almost like the accident never happened. Grady was able to work diligently and keep me updated as the process went along using only quality parts for the repair.

I am very disappointed with the customer service & the lack of timeliness of service from this place. I had to get the rear spoiler painted for my 2007 Ford Mustang. I live in Pflugerville and was looking for a place on my trusted Yelp. I came across this business, and with its 4 star review, I thought I could trust it. As you can imagine this was quite the hike for me to get to the other part of town, but I wanted to get job done right. I was there on Feb-4'17, Saturday and met with Grady. We worked out a deal and I gave him the part, expecting to hear back from the place early the next week. I waited for them to call Mon-Tue & finally called Wed to hear that the paint job was still not complete. I waited to hear back from them on Thursday as they said they would call, but to no avail. I then called them back on Friday afternoon and they said they had become busy during the week completing other jobs to meet their agreements for some rental car customers, so couldn't fit me in the schedule. Guys, it was a 15-minute job to put the spoiler back on and you can't deny that because that is what it actually took when the work was finally finished. I basically waited all week for them to call me back; they never called me once even to tell me that they were going to be busy and wouldn't be able to finish my job that week. First they promised that they would be able to finish the job within the week, and then they never call back at all. I told them that this is not good customer service, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, they were adamant about not willing to accommodate me for a 15-minute job. I had told them that I was going to be out of town for a few weeks after that week, so it was imperative they get the job done that week itself, but they were unwilling to budge. Having left no choice, I had to leave town for a few weeks. I returned recently and called them back to make an appointment to get the work done on Mar-2. The guys took the car in and got the new spoiler on in 15 mins, as expected. Then I talked to the gentleman at the counter and Grady was also there. I explained this entire sequence of events to them again and somehow they tried to pin it down on the fact that the delay was because I was out of town, but completely forgot their own lack of professionalism of failing to follow-up and basically saying that they had more important clients than my business. As being the face of the business, I expected the owners to step up and find a solution to this situation, but instead I was being told that I got a good deal in the first place so I basically shouldn't complain. You guys need to learn that customer service is not just about getting a good deal, it's about an experience that leaves the customer satisfied. A simple acknowledgement of your mistake can sometimes go a long way rather than trying to spend time & energy on finding excuses on why you feel you didn't do anything wrong. If a customer with a small job is not as important for you, you should tell them that in the first place & set the right expectations. The actual job done was not bad but terrible customer service will definitely deter customers.

One of the last basics was brakes. His guy he sent had to come back because break line and components came off next day while driving. I have pics and texts to prove. He did engine replacement. His price quoted was good so gave him a shot. My car was not even drivable yet somehow the day he test drives it I need new steering column. He had it for 5 months not drivable when this happened. Then I pick it up after engine replacement. I get not even a mile down road and no acceleration and engine is just whining. I coast off the road to luckily a gas station. What looks like oil and grease is splattered all over undercarriage and side and back windows. I have pics of all this. Transmission line came off. I won't give any more on this because I'm in process of filling a suit and taking him to court. He has a guy come meet me, I took video of his actions, needless to say he screwed up. Frank gets car back, now I need new transmission. After transmission I go back to car to pickup and I go to open my door and there was a mechanic grease n headliner and seats, spilled oil on my rubber mats, bird shit all over the outside and dust and pollen caked the interior. He left windows cracked. I took pics of everything as proof. He decides to offer me a detail, so he send me down the road. He paid for it yet I waited 3 hours. What I'm paid for my time in work you could say was a bigger loss. I could go on with several other smaller things I asked him to do while he had my car for engine replacement and transmission repair that I needed done. I have all the proof in texts. I also recorded most of our phone conversations that prove he apologizes for messing up. Horrible follow up. My brother has been in car biz for 24 years and built hot rods with my dad, my brother has a shop and warehouse in Houston. Highly highly reputable. I showed my brothers all these issues and have my brothers texts telling and showing me exactly every time Frank was giving me bull shit. I'm convinced all these reviews on here that are high stars aren't legit whatsoever. I have meticulously documented everything with pics, texts and phone conversations. If you're smart and reading this don't give him your business no matter how well quoted he may be . He may try to defend himself with a reply. I was extremely nice in all my texts to him, I was at the mercy of his screw ups and didn't want to be a jerk but I was pissed and I knew I was going to be taking him to court. Frank as I told you I had GM and several GM dealership managers if their repair shops see all my proof and talked to them when you would diagnose and give me your feedback. For anyone that would like to know more you can contact me. I've got all you would need to run as fast as you can from this mechanic. I've even documented some new mechanics that showed me what things he did that they couldn't believe from when he did the engine replacement. His shop spliced so many wires and I took video the moment the mechanics found these issues and they talk on camera about it Frank. I've asked Frank over the last several weeks and really last 6 months to send me an itemized list of repairs like a receipt. His reply was he texted me the cost every time he had to charge me for something. I asked him for the 4th time just before this post and asked him yesterday and no reply. Last thing, he never once showed up on time for any of the jobs that he did. I have proof of his reasons for being late and apologies for every one of them. What kind of professional does that. All the more reason to believe these reviews are fake

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

BEST part was I had a huge dent in the front fender that I figured I'd pay to fix later this year yet upon pick up the dent was gone!? (Matt?) worked on my car and went completely out of his way to fix the dent. Total cloud 9 jaw drop! Sarah, Forrest, the gentlemen with fun colored hair... everyone is helpful and the biz is so well structured and efficient. No one likes spending on a broken down car but somehow I always walk out of here feeling like my car should break down again just so I can come back lol
