Within hour I received a call from Bill and explained what my problem was and what other people told me Bill told me that since it was Friday afternoon he could come Saturday morning. I asked him about fees for coming Saturday. He told not to worry and that he would be there around 8:30. We'll at 8:20 he was knocking at my door. He had a smile on his face and came in. I showed him what my issues were. He looked at me and said no problem I see there is a fixing you need to get the washer to work properly. He went out to his truck and came back in with a whole new kit. He said that the piece I needed was part of a kit. But since I told him the problems I had with the other companies he was only going to charge me for the part. When he was done we sat and talked for while. Not only is very knowledgeable he is a great person to talk to. When I asked him for the bill I couldn't believe what he charged me especially for a Saturday He told me that if I have anymore problems with it no matter when it is feel free to call. Well a couple of days later I a problem with something else. I called him and was just as friendly as the first time. I will never use anyone else for any of my plumbing needs.
