Because the male employee seemed busy at first doing something I stood in line for the female employee until the female asked the male if he could assist me. The whole time I'm holding the packages in my arms. All I needed was to have them scanned and to receive a receipt. So the male employee serves me at another counter. What I don't understand is why the male employee didn't take initiative and had to be told to assist me by the female employee. He was literally standing around doing nothing until he was told to help...

Murtaza and Mustafa demonstrated callous disregard to their customers and refused to even…read moreacknowledge any outreach after they abruptly closed their EBC mail service. The bottom line, they failed to fulfill even rudiments client support. Beware; they even disabled the "Review" section of the Express Business Center (EBC) website to avoid poor comments. Without notice they discontinued the EBC mail service just before Christmas. Returning January 2nd to collect my mail I found the door locked and a posting requiring me to schedule an appointment to even access my mailbox. The staff knew nothing of the details of the closure and attempts to speak to Murtaza or Mustafa were relegated to a subordinate, who wouldn't even directly return my e-mail requesting details about the closure. By the way, over the Christmas holiday, they lost four (4) credit card statements, a real estate tax bill and a bank statement. I spent more time contacting financial institutions correcting the brother's tactlessness than they spent considering the impact on their customers. Deal with Murtaza and Mustafa at your own peril.
