The only challenge I during this whole process was with the transport company themselves - they had agreed to a delivery period (after 8pm because my friend receiving my vehicle works full time) and the day before insisted my friend HAD to be available from 12-2pm to receive my car and they could not do any other time. They essentially forced my friend to take a day off - and on the day of delivery, the transport company kept running late and ended up delivering after 8pm anyway! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!…read more We were originally quoted and contracted at $16,000 to transport our yacht. We Will Transport It was provided with the yacht's detailed dimensions and weight before the quote was issued and the transport was scheduled. When the driver was approximately one day away from delivery, We Will Transport It contacted us claiming the driver suddenly needed an additional $7,000 because the yacht/load was supposedly taller than disclosed and because the driver had to build an additional cradle. We were never provided with the drivers information or insurance. They did not tell us upfront this was a 3rd party driver and they only are brokers. We will transport it also claimed that we needed to deal directly with the driver that they had no control over the situation. Then, on the day of delivery, we were told the driver would now accept "just" an additional $4,000 or turn around with our yacht. We Will Transport It claimed they would be responsible for the remaining $3,000 allegedly owed to the driver, bringing the supposed transport cost to $23,000 instead of the contracted $16,000. We will transport said that the additional money/ balance needed to be wired to them before the load was even delivered. We did not do that as payment is done at delivery. When the yacht finally arrived, there was no additional cradle built, and the load dimensions were consistent with the measurements we had originally provided. The yacht was not suddenly taller as had been claimed to justify the additional charge. This was an extremely frustrating experience, particularly because the additional money was demanded when our yacht was already in transit and close to its destination, leaving us with very limited options. Our dealings with Daniel and Carlo were also extremely disappointing. Communication and customer service throughout this situation were unacceptable. Daniel refused to speak with me as he said he felt threatened. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to get every detail and potential additional charge in writing before allowing them to take possession of your vehicle, boat, or other cargo. I also recommend reading other customer reviews carefully before making a decision.

Two or three days before the cabinets were scheduled for pick up to begin transit, my client threw us a curveball that the shipment cannot arrive any later than 6 AM on the delivery date and will not accept shipment past this early time. Bill worked miracles and pulled it off! The driver was on track to deliver a day early, but in addition to the 6 AM requirement the receiver rerouted the driver the morning of and was still able to accommodate all my needs. He was so helpful and knowledgeable getting this organized. He was unbelievably responsive the whole way through! He is amazing at what he does. My shipment arrived on time EVEN my 6 AM last minute curve ball I threw at him. Without a doubt I will be using my miracle man with my future transportation needs!!! Thank you again Bill! When there was no call for delivery, called and asked about it. At first the excuse was heavy traffice then when it wasn't delivered the next time, was told a car wasn't ready to be picked up and had to wait. Again, a date and time was given, no show. I was then told it would be 9am on 12/25. When called at 10am, as it was a no show, or even a call to change the time, was very nasty. Said was sleeping and was screaming, as it got to him. Lied about the time he said the day before. The last time it was 8 days until I got it. It is now 6 days and there has been no delivery.
