Do not trust this company with your transportation needs. The owner was very nice at first. When my brand new boat and trailer showed up with scratches and a gouge on the aluminum rim, I asked how they planned to take care of the damage. Bill turned into a screaming maniac. He said they were not responsible and said it was normal wear and tear. We contracted wewilltransportit.com to pickup a forklift in Indiana and deliver it to our warehouse in Memphis TN. We dealt with a lady named Christina G. who quoted us $895.00 all inclusive. Before accepting the quote we informed her that there would be loading assistance at the pickup but we required a dock high truck to be able to unload it to our warehouyse dock. She stated that she would send a dock high flatbed or a rollback to accomodate the delivery. We then accepted the quote. When the forklift was picked up, the seller sent me pictures I immediately called Christina and informed her that the forklift was not on a dock high trailer like we requested. She apologized for the mistake and stated she would arrange a rollback tow truck to meet the carrier at our location to move the forklift from the carriers trailer to our dock. The tow truck driver showed up two hours before the carrier showed up. Once the carrier arrived, the tow truck driver demanded $231.75 or he would not do it. I tried calling Christina 6 times to get her to take care of the payment issue. The tow truck driver decided he was going to just leave so we were forced to pay him. I have emailed Christina and called and left several messages, all of which have no response. Our next step will be legal action from our attorney. read more

CARRIERS AND CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!..This so-called shipping business is nothing short of a cesspool of lies, deception, corruption, fraud and made of a crooked group of unethical individuals with agent/dispatcher Daniel K. leading the "outstanding" corporate staff but including the owner/manager who was so "compassionate" and offered me "a very generous offer of a $100 for the inconvenience of driving 300 miles one way for nothing" and the company matriarch or accounting lady that shouted on the phone "you'd better turn around and don't come near here because somebody else (a cheaper hauler was found!!) has been dispatched for this load..so don't come near here" she finished with a threatening squeal when I was one block from their company!!..I'm an owner-operator carrier with 22 years experience as a specialized-RGN-lowboy hauler and on 3/10/2025 an available load popped up on Truckstop.com load board to haul a boat from their parking lot at 2300 W Sample Rd, Pompano Beach, FL 33073 to San Jose, CA I called to offer my service and Daniel K. was in charge of this load and we agreed to the terms and told me that that load needed to be picked up that day, I offered to get it first thing in the morning next day but he told me that I needed to leave at the moment and assured me that the load was mine and he was gonna take it off the load board as we spoke and was gonna send the rate confirmation (contract) while I was heading their way, I was weary at first but I had similar situations in the past where brokers sent rate confirmation while on the way to the shippers and never had an issue...big mistake!!; I deadheaded almost six hours (287 miles one way) from Hudson, FL to Pompano Beach, FL and had a bad feeling when he kept telling me that the rate sheet was on its way every time I asked him about it, anyway, I showed up at their parking lot and there were Daniel K. with the rest of the company crew trying to figure out how to place a boat on a jet ski trailer!!!, they found this guy with a non-compatible trailer with a very old and banged up gasoline pickup truck, that was their "cheaper specialized carrier" they found and waited until the last minute for a "carrier" like this one and making me drive all the way down there to ditch my expertise and insurance safety for a "cheaper rate" contract; I confronted Daniel K. and he was such a lowlife POS that he kept saying that he wasn't that person; customer and carrier DO NOT USE this company unless you want to gamble with your time, hard earned money and insurance and safety if you are planning to use this company to ship your equipment..beware!! read more

I would like to inform everyone about the transport services provided by this "WE Will Transport it" broker, which is also a partner with Boat Magazine INC. They don't keep what they say. They are the team that lies and changes the story the next day. When they take your money, they never respond to the call or stop communication completely. DO NOT USED THESE TWO VENDORS FOR YOUR NEEDS They told me the service cost 7k to cover everything. But when they delivered and asked for more money from COD, they asked for a deposit, but they did not deduct it from the deposit. They were a team of scammers cheating, and they took the deposit money, which I had to pay again when I received my delivery. I don't know what to do, and I don't know how I can get help for this scammer company. The police do not help at all. The customer was overcharged directly from the company to move their shipping container (above and beyond their agreed upon price) from back east to California charging them more while in transport and then the customer had to pay the truck driver even more directly as an extortion as he said he would not leave unless they paid him additional for his direct issues that were caused from the shipping company. We are the Towing company that was hired to unload the box in which case we were supposed to be paid that evening when we completed the job for them. The Person we were dealing with was Christina and she said that it was too late in the day to get us paid since they were back east and we would have to wait until the morning. We worked with them and wrapped up expecting payment the next day. Its now been 40 plus days of back and forth and the run around and we have still not been paid. They do not follow through on anything they say there. I also spoke with a supposed manager named Art who said he would get it taken care of for us and call me right back.. well well no return call(That was 4 days ago)and still no payment. Today I got more run around from Christina who said she would send off an email and cc us on it to a person named Patricia and once again no email no call no nothing. "We Will Transport It" is a broker who lies about price and delivery date so you will agree to let them ship your load. "Art" is the name of the rep that I dealt with . HE IS A BOLD FACED LIAR. They will say anything and everything you want to hear , then after you book the load , they will ignore your calls and texts . First I was lied to about when the load would be picked up Next I was lied to about the delivery date Third when I voiced my displeasure with how this transaction was being handled after my load was picked up , I was told the load was going to be taken to "their yard" and I wouldn't see my shipment unless I wired them an additional "$3,800". If there was a zero-star, I'd leave that. Buyer beware, don't consider these guys! Just RUN!!!!! It was all smooth, until the day before delivery, after the truck had been picked up, my rep contacted me and requested I Cash App him $1200 (just under half of the payment) on the contract. However, I was driving, so I couldn't do it right away. When I hadn't sent him money in a few hours, he texted and demanded that I pay him immediately, or he would be taking my truck to his lot. He continued to threaten both me and the status of my truck through the night and into the next day. I confirmed with the driver and he did come to my delivery location with the truck. However, the shipper We Will Transport It, did not uphold his end of the contract. The contract included either wrecker at pick up and delivery or a hauler with a winch. Without those, it should have been $300 less. In order to pay him, we had to pay the full amount and risk the antique I was transporting because We Will Transport It did not provide a safe way to load or unload it. Never again will I use them. One of their phone guys tried to warn me... his direct quote was "the contract is the least of your concerns, you're going to have much bigger fish to fry. Have a good day sweetheart." Once he picked up the cargo, he started to blackmail and demand more money. Many times threatened to steal our load. I have dealt with We Will Transport It for years and have referred many customers to them. My first use of their service was a random selection more than a decade ago with very little information. I keep coming back. I come back, not because of my best experiences but because of my worst experience with them. My worst experience was when the transport had a problem beyond their control and it did take additional days for my vehicle to arrive. However, the communication remained good so I was never in doubt that the vehicle would arrive and what could have been a very bad experience was handled appropriately and I was ultimately satisfied. After the problem, they even took the time to ask if I was satisfied. What can I say? Of course I'm happy anytime a problem occurs and it's well-handled! Thanks Bill and crew. I was gifted an 80s Rock Legend's tour bus, a 40' MCI. This bus was stuck in sugar sand behind a small house. It was on the frame. I went through 7 different towing companies, they literally laughed and said no thanks. Then I found Jonah @ WWTI. I explained the situation and within seconds he said he can do it. We sent a few picture, he fired of a quote, we negotiated (he came down a bit) then signed the contract. He quickly sourced the exact mechanic necessary to get this job done. They spent hours digging and maneuvering this relic around. They found issues with the air breaks however it was quickly resolved because he had the RIGHT GUY. They carefully moved my bus 50 miles without incident. They even went the extra mile at my shop maneuvering the bus where it needed to go. I booked with this company back in March to have my car taken back home. I spoke with Andrew. He gave me his cell and I had the work number. I spoke to him a few times and I called 1 week before they were to take my car. Andrew was no longer there. Wouldn't you think someone would take over his orders? I got some guy named Jonah he told me Andrew was no longer there. He placed me on a brief hold came back that he had my order. Would you think When an employee leaves somebody would look up his orders? They did say they liked to have a 24-48hr window but we told them we had to make a reservation at the campground to met them there for delivery and he said "we will work it out". Terrible first experience shipping a car from San Diego to Sunnyvale. Since it was my first time, a friend suggested me to request one of those quotes on line where you will get a lot of answers from different shipping companies. And so I did. I had not idea that this business was so ruthless, full of manipulators. After being contacted by several companies trying to convince me to do the shipping for me, Dave from We will transport it convinced me with his good manners and he called me many times to follow up with my needs and my concern that i needed to go out of the country and just send the car the next day after coming back. The price was $450 total and I agreed. The deal was to pay them with credit card 150 and the rest to the driver in cash UPON delivery, not before. Dave insisted that they were both brokers and have the trucks, which was not true as this company was located in San Diego and was a subcontractor from the broker, and finally i ended up paying the transport company separately as the car will arrive to destination before than me. But before to end up doing that, I received several nasty calls from rude people from We will transport you demanding me to pay more than we agreed because they had to pay the driver plus other fees. I cannot believe so much harassment on the phone and so much unprofessional behavior. (They did not measure the height of their load) They blamed on me and the marina about it) They hid the total damages and I had to travel 300 miles to find out about all the damages. I talked to Joey, and was planning on shipping with them a week before I was set to ship. I signed a contract. I double checked BEFORE SIGNING that because I was still comparing companies, that I could still cancel. They said I had until 72 hours before pickup. I ended up cancelling an HOUR later over the phone when they called to confirm, because I didn't want to deal with a broker and instead went with a direct shipper. Marjorie called to confirm this and was extremely snarky. Ok, fine. Now it's a week later and they called to tell me that a dispatcher was ON IT'S WAY TO MY PLACE. I told them I had cancelled, and they said because I didn't cancel in writing 72 hours before that I would be charged a $200 cancellation fee. I wasn't told that it needed to be in writing, AND I have a email stating that they voided my contract anyways. Quite frankly, I don't care because my credit card does great with fraud, and they don't have proof of a valid contract. I worked out an arrangement for We Will Transport It to move my boat from Washington to Arizona, after some initial confusion with truckers trying to add $1,500 to the agreed upon price. A driver picked up my boat and agreed with my mechanic that the trailer was road worthy. 5 hours down the road a tire blows and the driver puts on the spare, which also blows at some point. The driver calls the Agent at We Will Transport It who claims he called me 11 times yet I have no voicemails, no missed calls and no texts. This Agent, Art, left the driver setting on the side of the road for almost six hours waiting on some response from me, even though Art had never spoken with me. Upon being contacted by the driver directly I resolved the issue at the first opportunity the next morning. When I mentioned to Art that leaving his driver stranded was a horrible thing to do he became aggressive, using the F word to me and threatening to not deliver my boat and essentially impounding it somewhere. Working through this by calling dispatch I was assured the boat would be delivered. Upon delivery the terms of the contract changes from accepting a credit card to cash. Being Sunday afternoon it was now impossible to obtain that much cash so the driver had to follow me 30 miles to my house and accept a check. This Art is an unethical and highly shady character that cares about nothing but getting paid for his half hearted work for his own selfish motives. He cares nothing about you, as the customer, the driver as his worker, honors no promises and fails to communicate fairly or honestly. Stay FAR away from this company!
