After going to the 911 driving school, I felt very discouraged about continuing my driver's education. Because of roadsafe, I passed my driving test today. A couple of things I would like to mention about this school are that they do very well at giving positive feedback and are very encouraging of not giving up. They do great at providing driving education. As someone who works for the Seattle school system and is around teachers daily, it felt like I was learning from a teacher. This is something very important because at the 911 driving school it felt like I was constantly being pressured by police officers. You will NEVER feel pressure when attending roadsafe. Teaching someone how to drive is not easy but they are structured, simple and great listeners. You tell them what you need, and they find ways to accommodate. I am someone who needs step by step instructions and when I requested for them to repeat or demonstrate a different way, they did just that. Something that I didn't disclose about myself was that I was a passenger in a car accident two years ago, so driving gave me anxiety. This school teaches you safe driving techniques and build your confidence behind the wheel. If you have any questions they don't criticize. This is not a school where you feel like you're wasting your time and money. Roadsafe actually wants to teach their students, unlike Seattle 911 driving school which always made me drive around in circles. I attended 15 lessons with the Seattle 911 driving school and never was even taught parallel parking until road safe started teaching me by the 3rd lesson. Every day I went to Roadsafe I got better and better at driving. They taught me what I needed to fix my driving effectively. This particular school caught my attention, but what unfolded was beyond disappointing - it was disheartening. This is one of the best driving schools that I've ever been to and I have learned so much from them in the past few weeks of my driving course package. I have two drivers who have completed the teen driver training program. One has been driving since 2020 and the other since 2023. Both have been driving safely and without incident since. I recommend Roadsafe Driving Academy. The classes were in person and that is preferred by our kids for better learning. Practice drives were comprehensive and prepared them well for driving tests. They both passed their driving test on the first attempt. The instructors were knowledgeable and kind and encouraging. Overall a good and efficient experience. Drivers ed is expensive but it was more affordable at Roadsafe than other schools. I also appreciate the initiative Roadsafe has to offer drivers ed to teenagers in foster care at reduced rates and to train individuals with disabilities who are often turned away from other driving schools. The driver ed was very enjoyable, I learn many things I never thought existed in driving and the teachers are friendly and funny too. The price is very affordable, they have access to pay half before the first day of class and the other 2 weeks after. The drives during the driver ed were knowledgeable and they will make you feel confident. For the knowledge test, read the book and you pass and you can retake it the same day for free if you fail. I personally had a really good experience here. All of the instructors were very helpful and had a great attitude when teaching. Personally, my favorite instructor was Ramla, she was so sweet and so helpful, she actually seemed to enjoy doing her job. My last drive was with Umal, and he really helped me wrap everything up in order to pass my skills exam with a good score. I think I really did get through everything that I needed to work on in order to actually drive good and by the law on the streets. I got the 9 hour package, and passed the skills exam on the first try. When doing the drives, keep in mind that every drive will not be a full hour, they are about 45-55 minutes. I went in here with already some experience, but the extra help was definitely much improvement to my driving. read more

Roadsafe Driving Academy is a great driving school. I personally was scared to start driving but they helped me be a confident driver while also helping make the process smooth and easy. Classes are well planned and provide lots of advice and knowledge. All who work here are nice and helpful, they know what they're talking about and you can tell. My instructor, Ms. Hodan, is an excellent instructor and is very nice. She makes sure you understand and feel confident while still being cautious. However, I will say the phone line is not always 100%. Called a few times to reschedule and no one answered nor called me back. Most of the time they do, and are helpful - just this one instance that occurred. But in all, they are an excellent driving school and I would 100% recommend them. read more
