I made and appointment and went to purchase tires at this location and their service is terrible. It started out ok, we picked out the 4 new tires, I said I'd take a walk and when I got back about an hour later, it still wasn't finished. I was there a total 3.5 hours without a word from the service manager. There were 4 people that came in and went up to the desk to discuss their issues and if it could be fixed. They did not have appointments, but all left before I did. The service manager wouldn't even come out to explain why it took so long, he left that up the girl that was working up front. She was apologetic and did offer a few dollars off, for the inconvenience, she was the only positive in a very negative experience. As for repeat business...fool me once shame on you, there will not be a second chance to fool me. All competing tire and maintenance companies have skilled people, but customer service is not alive and well at that location. read more

My brother went to get the front end inspected and they gave him a $2500 quote for what they said needed fixed. I checked it and all it needed was a control arm, part costed about $150, I replaced it in a hr. Drives perfect now. Would not trust this establishment. Highly do not recommend. read more

We blew a tire on I-49 around 4:30 on a Saturday - tried Walmart, the dealership, etc, and no one could help us that late. Firestone got us right in and even charged less than quoted. I'm so grateful for them. I hope we never have to get a tire changed out of state again, but I'd go to a Firestone again if we did. read more

Absolute horrible customer service. A few days ago I bought a car on Carvana that had some issues. Thankfully it was under warranty via SilverRock and was told that Firestone was one of the shops that was covered by my warranty provider. I went in and tried explaining my situation to the bearded guy at the counter only to be cut off by him and he says "So what are you trying to do?!" all rudely. Again, I try explaining to him and he has the audacity to ask "So are you trying to get it fixed?!" Yeah....why do you think I came here buddy? He sets up an appointment for the next day to have my car inspected and I arrive the next day only to be told that I wasn't allowed to wait there while my car was being inspected and that he explained that the day before. He never did by the way. I wouldn't trust these pricks to work on your car. Go somewhere else that'll treat you with some decency. read more

Had tire issues called the first time in the morning they guaranteed me an appointment at 11:00 at one store in Rogers went there they're closed call them back got a second appointment at 2:00 once again the store is closed different location of course I will never deal with them again they guarantee you an approved appointment at a closed store makes no sense read more

The people that work here are very rude and inconsiderate. I will never buy tires from here again. The lack of customer service is by far the worst that I've seen in a long time. I'd rather buy new tires from Big O then return here to deal with these people on a warranty issue. The Rogers firestone used to be a very good place to get tires and they used to have great customer service, but this store has went downhill and ruining it for all. read more

Cheap Chevy parts, they are pretty knowledgeable but wish they were open on Sundays. Nowhere for tires are open on Sundays!

I have been coming here for 6 years as I didn't know of anywhere else. They have always had a 5 day wait to get my car looked at. Even for just a flat! They fixed my AC and then my car started making horrible grinding noises and when I brought it back they said it was going to cost $900 without even explaining to me what was wrong (maybe because I'm a woman?) anyways I paid it and the noise never even went away! I'm finally moving on to somewhere else. I would not recommend. read more

Bailey, service writer is amazing. Joseph Store Manager lacks. I bought 2 new tires and alignment package, the tech that installed tires and did the "alignment and balance" was sub par. First didn't test drive car after work performed, I watched him take it off the rack and drive my car up front very quickly, too fast to be driving through the parking lot. I started home on the highway and the front end shook horribly. I called back up to the store and Joseph the store manager, asked me to bring it back tomorrow. I brought it back and let him know the issues and I asked how they were going to make it right, a discount, compensation for my time, he said We don't do that but I will see what we can do. Joseph came back and said he was not charging me for the balance and alignment. I said so you were going to charge me to get this done? He said no I'm not charging you for yesterday. So $25 "refund" to bring it back up here and sit for b hour or more (still here waiting). This happened to me with another vehicle a couple of years ago. Not happy with this store. After getting it back in the shop, they did not perform the alignment I purchased for $200 and the brand new tire needed to be rotated to the back with a tire that is almost 2 months old now. If it weren't for the smiling face of Bailey, that cares about customers, I would not have come back this time. It isn't the issue that matters (sometimes) as it is how the problem is handled and customer service skills after. Would give a negative 1 score if available. Will not recommend Firestone any longer. We woke up ready to get on the road to head back to Iowa only to learn we had a completely flat tire. We were able to put our spare on and then started our frantic search for help. Google told us we were right around the corner from our hope for help. We arrived at 10:45 and was told they would be able to inspect and get us solution in about an hour. They had a toy area that was well equipped to entertain the 3 year old toddler traveling with us!! The lobby was very clean and comfortable for our wait. They had complimentary coffee and candy. We relaxed while the toddler played and watched some television. We received great news that our tire mated up with a bolt in the middle of our tire causing our flat. Since our tires are only 3 months old they were able to plug and patch our tire. For $33.52 we got our windshield fluid topped off, battery checked, tire fixed and mounted!! To top off this great experience, the technician unloaded our luggage and stored our spare back where it belonged and reloaded our luggage! All completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes. read more

Last year, Firestone helped correct a number of tire related issues that I was having with my Subaru Crosstrek. I've had several subsequent visits to this location that were very positive. This week, I bought four pairs of tires and two sets of brakes. Joseph made sure I was getting a good deal and that we were happy when we left. My family will be long term, repeat customers with Firestone because of the continual attention to quality and customer service. read more

First off, all Firestone employees go to school to become salesmen for all the recommended parts and labor they advise of getting when you take your car in for a basic oil change and comes out needing 10 times the work. My ford ZX2. Before I moved to California from Arkansas, I bought new tires from here, wanted my whole system checked, fluids checked and flushed, brakes, etc. And when my car came out $700 later, the mechanic who worked on my car apparently thought my radiator and windshield wiper fluid were full enough even though they were empty! This of course was discovered halfway to California when we started to run hot. The jeep Cherokee. Same thing happened. The transmission was slipping badly and had to take it to a transmission mechanic in Springdale where they advised us there was no transmission fluid in the jeep. The AC on the jeep kept leaking into floorboard. We had to take it in 3 times and they still were never able to fix it though they were paid to. DO NOT GO HERE read more

After taking my 2001 Nissan Sentra out of another shop (and another review, for The Dirty Wrench) I realized it was strongly veering to the right and making a metallic-rattely-grindy noise. I dropped it off at Firestone for a quick alignment. When I came back an hour later Ryan took me back into the shop to show me some things on my car. First, he showed me how the front wheels wiggled. He said that it was the tie-rod ends and ball joints, and that the alignment couldn't be fixed until they were replaced. I said I was disappointed because of just taking it out of another shop and past due to get started on a 2,500 mile drive. I explained that the car was initially taken in because of steering problems and that they replaced the wheel bearings. I also described other repairs they made. He suggested that perhaps both the front bearings needed replacing, but the steering problems were likely caused by the ball joints and rod ends. Ryan checked out the bearings and saw that some cotter pins were missing. Cotter pins hold bolts on. If after a distance a bolt should shake free, then I'd have some serious problems with steering. He showed me where a dust cover was rubbing against a rotor, causing the noise I'd been hearing. He then grabbed a bottle of white-out and encouraged me to take pictures, using the white-out to highlight the problems, expressing his disappointment with the other shop and foreseeing my future need for these pictures. Later, Ryan talked to the mechanic at the other shop and convinced him to come down and check out his work. The other mechanic ended up paying for a corner that had been cut while the car was in his shop. (I still paid for the alignment, tie-rod ends and ball joints.) Ryan said he'd have the car ready by the following afternoon, but I got a call from the shop the next morning and it was fixed up. The repairs I had weren't cheap, but they were ahead of schedule and came with a warranty. Ryan was very pro-active in helping me out, patiently explaining mechanical issues to a non-mechanic, answering questions and taking the initiative to talk to the mechanic from the Dirty Wrench. If he's representative of the kind of service this shop provides I'd feel confident going back. Really, the 5 stars are for Ryan; he did a great job. read more

Took my fleet vehicle here to have a flat fixed. Sat there for well over an hour. When it was finally done I find out they replaced 2 tires without even telling me. Apparently the one with the hole could not be fixed fine but they didn't notify me at that point. They just put two new tires on it. The truck only had 20k miles on it. There was nothing wrong with the other tire. The girl at the counter had an absolutely horrible attitude and was completely sarcastic when I asked why they replace both tires without talking to me. Horrible service and total con artists trying to up sell everything. Do not waste your time and money. Unless you enjoy dealing with a rude sarcastic girl that obviously hates her job. read more

If I can save just one person the time, money, and frustration we have encountered since taking our car to this Firestone, this review is worth it. Do not take your car to Firestone, at least not this one! Aside from the poor quality work we initially received and the lack of due diligence to fix their mistake, we have heard weird noises coming from our car since they "performed" a simple brake job. After getting the run around for more than 5 days, we received our money back. That was after we had to get a second opinion to provide it was their fault. This will at least allow us to take the car to an expert to properly review and hopefully don't say we have other issues from the poor work they performed on our car. We've had this car for over 5 years and not once have I heard the noises we've been hearing since they touched my car! Quality over price and time and safety is more important than the cost! Never have I went to a place for simple maintenance and left with issues I did not have before! We will never return and I hope others will take caution before spending the money and time at Firestone! Your safety is more important. read more

I went in today at 6 o'clock, they were not busy what so ever. All I needed was some tires mounted and balanced and the guy that was helping me looked confused. He then walked around to see if anyone knew how to do it. I looked in the shop and saw 5 guys. he didn't go ask them. He walked to the back office and came back and said "we only have an oil change guy here". I knew that was a lie. You can tell me that out of the 5 guys in the shop and two guys at the front desk that nobody can mount and balance tires. It's not that hard, especially for a tire shop. I am beyond mad and will not come back if they are going to just be lazy and sit on their butts. I do not recommend going to this shop at all. They lost my service and my family's once I tell them not to go here because that is ridiculous. I wouldn't trust them to change my oil after this experience. read more

Came in to have 1 tire replaced due to sidewall damage. The job was done in about a half an hour.I watched my repair order come up to the completed window a half hour ago.one of the guys that was helping costumers left and the other has been outside for about ten minutes. The store is completely clueless that the firestone website takes appointments as I made an appointment online and was told that was something corporate did and that this store didn't honor them. Manager was rude about it. Beware making appointments as they will not be honored and you will be treated with contempt. read more

We were at Beaver lake for the weekend and woke up on Sunday to find our car had a flat tire. We put the spare on and drove to the Firestone in Rogers. Seth at Firestone welcomed us and since they were very busy, he said he would look at the tire himself to see if it could be patched. Luckily it could be patched. He did it quickly and at a fair price. Great service. read more

Please read all review- I went there for Oil change, there was a lady at front desk I guess whose name start with N.. I guess it's Nicole. She attended another person first who came after me. I was standing first in the queue. I felt really embarrassed (surprised) that what kind of professionalism or business ethics this business has? I never want to go to firestone. I'm really upset. Got Kumho tires from tire rack and had alignment and installation done by Rogers AR Firestone store, tire racks recommended installers. A few weeks later I had to go back in for another alignment. 5 months later and the tires are cupping and making a loud noise. The only thing Firestone or Tirerack will do is ship tires into kumho for inspection which would mean I would have to buy two more tires in the meantime. Firestone rep also said 9 out of 10 Kumho won't do anything anyway. read more

Had nails in my two back tires. They said they could only patch one but would have to replace the other because of the location of the nail and that makes sense. After they were done and I got back to my car, I noticed they replaced the wrong tire. No idea at that point if they tried to patch the non-patchable tire. I went back inside and they said they would fix the problem right away with no explanation as to how it happened or how they would fix it. I stood there waiting for them to take the car back in and noticed the service manager smoking outside while my car sat in the parking spot. I went back in and asked what was happening since they never took the car or explained. He paged the mechanic and service manager and they finally took the car. The service manager went into the office and never came and explained to me what happened. I asked the other person in the front what happened. He opened the door to the office and said this customer would like an explanation. He said something out the door and I said can you explain. He came out and explained they changed the wrong tire and never patched any tire. They would find the tire they discarded and patch it. He said he would give me a discount. When I asked about the discount they gave me $15 off the next oil change because redoing all the paperwork would be too hard. Now, I know mistakes happened but hiding in the office avoiding me afterwards, not checking their work, outside smoking while I wait for them to take the car back, and not giving me the discount they promised, is just not ok. I have never had good luck with any Firestone location and went here mostly because they were the only place open late Saturday. I rarely do a review and I would not have done it this time either had they at least given me the discount they promised. Anyway, as others have said, they have no respect for their customers even when they clearly made the mistake and lied about giving me a discount for my trouble. I've had my Acura serviced here for the past three years. I've had mechanical work done on the majority of the suspension and purchased all my tires here. They are always fast, courteous, and very reasonable on the prices as well as letting you know what kind of specials they have going on if they fit your needs. Any time I've ever had a question or a concern, it was addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. For example, I was on the highway and had a blow out on my rear tire. I put the donut on and drove here to buy a new tire. While I was in the waiting room, I believe it was the general manager, asked me what had happened to the tire. I explained to him that I had not been placing it under any unusual strain or circumstances but had just had a flat on the highway. Without asking or without a prompt, (I had come in expecting to pay for a new tire) he offered to replace it free of charge in spite of the fact that I hadn't purchased the warranty for the tire. I didn't even have an appointment and I was literally in and out in fifteen minutes. Sure I was a repeat customer, but my business was earned because of professional, attentive service and legitimate work. read more

Took my Cadillac in to get the oil changed on a Sunday about 2, I called before I went up and they said there was only one other car they were working on. I tell them that I'll be staying (don't have a ride out) they say it won't take to long. 30 minutes later I look up to see my car being lowered on the lift, 15 minutes later it's still sitting there while the techs are standing around laughing, 10 minutes later I see my car has been taken outside and I have to go and ask someone if I can pay and leave. I'm using the Valvoline down the road from now on, normally only takes 10-1 and it's cheaper. read more

Bought 4 new tires had the vehicle aligned. When I Picked up the vehicle My tire pressure monitoring didn't work but Everything was in working order when I dropped it off. When I returned to have it looked at we discovered that all 4 of my valve stems had not been tightned and that 1 was only finger tight and that tire was almost flat. So the Tech then torques them down put air in the 1 tire and sends me on my way. To find out that the system still does not work. I return again and they put a new sensor in the tire that was only finger tight. And Send me on my way Again . To get down the road to find out that the system still does not work. so I called back for them to say they can sell me new tire pressure sensors @ 100 a piece so I just accepted the fact that this location was not going to take care of this situation, I took it to a Different location And had the sensor reprogrammed and now am up and going. Pleasant Ridge location were incompetent and walnut location had to fix their lack of competence. read more
