They just installed a new leech field for us and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. Jim did everything... He went to the town offices and got all the plans and permits, arranged for dig safe to come out and mark the area, and also arraigned for the town and state inspections. He also took care of the sprinkler heads in the lawn that had to be dug up. All I literally had to do was write a check. He was very organized and professional and kept me updated every step of the way. After the septic work was done he brought in top soil and grass seed and spread it over the work area... including any lawn damage the excavator tracks caused (which was very minimal). I'm sure my grass will end up looking better after the work than before. I was expecting the worst and got the best. Even the excavator was clean and looked new. And to be honest... the price was a few thousand less than I expected. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time calling another septic company. They are great!

A day went by with no phone call to schedule this crew. When I called to find out when they were coming out, the Customer Service rep told me that they would have to put a camera down into my system to locate the access cover for a cost of over $500. I told them to forget it and forget me as a repeat customer. 47 years in this house with the tank being pumped multiple times and never did any technician have difficulty locating the access cover. Apparently being bought out by Wind River means making money by any means they can scam their customers.

Two gentlemen showed up at 4pm. They said there was "too much water in the pipes". They removed my toilet and sent a snake down and put in some chemicals. Said they would charge extra to put the toilet back on. Told us if that didn't work to call them back and they'd come with "a bigger snake". Charged me $544. I called back that night as it obviously did not work. Night receptionist had no idea what I was talking about or that I was even a customer. Said she would have the owner call me. He did not. Called the next day and again was told the owner would call me. He did not. Called a different plumber on Wednesday who actually jetted my pipes. He also said the snake actually made it worse by pushing more down. I called the amazing receptionist again who said the owner offered me 10% off. $54 dollars. They did not do what I specifically called them to do -jet my pipes. I think it was going to be a long, messy job and they didn't want to do it, so they threw a snake down and charged me $544.
