The ribeyes all have definite prices, while the filets have "market price" next to them. This can be an easy way to rip people off, because my filet was way too expensive for what it was. $45 for just a standard filet. But despite this price, both of the steaks were pretty good! They both had good flavor, and were cooked at a nice medium rare. For sides, they only serve sweet potato, baked potato, or a twice baked potato. My dad's twice baked was good he said, and my potato was good as well. It didn't have an earthy flavor like some do, which I liked. They also serve a slice of toast, which was good, but needs butter :). If you want a good steak in Washington with attentive and friendly service, come to Ribeyes. Just beware of the filet prices.
