I was calling to place an order for pick up no one ever answered the phone so I arrived to the restaurant and it was not busy at all so I'm not sure why my phone call was not answered. The chef that was cooking on the grill was very unsanitary while handling food. I watched her MULTIPLE TIMES rub on her face, rub her eyes, rub the back of her STOMACH, text multiple times on her cell phone, all with the spatula/tongs in her other hand and continued to flip food while touching literally everything. Never washed her hands once. Never used gloves to prepare food. I order sweet Potato that I never received At the time of my crab cake was finished, she told me she would have had to put the potato in the oven because it's none ready and is going to take an additional 10 minutes after I already waited 30 mins. The host had NO knowledge of the menu portions. Very disappointed my first and last time at this restaurant. I would like a full refund but there was no manager on site at the time. read more

This is an impressive dining option for the town of Williamston. I've been to other locations of Ribeyes, and this one is a finer experience. This is a dinner restaurant only, which the exception of Sunday. Decor is designed for a finer dining experience, as is the staff. Once I was seated by my server and provided a menu, another person came to the table to take my order. The menu shows the steak options and mentions that they can customize your steak selection. This person is there to help with that customization if desired. I went with an 8 oz. ribeye, sweet potato, and salad bar. The salad bar has a good variety and is kept well-stocked and clean. My steak was cooked as requested and had a wonderful flavor. The sweet potato was delicious as well. Very pleasant dining experience. read more

Upon arrival at the Ribeyes Steakhouse in Washington, North Carolina in the afternoon on Friday, October 17, 2025, we requested from our greeter a table for four on the lower deck of outside seating. I requested the lower deck serving area because it was in less direct sunshine and two tables had been set up to accommodate a party of four, minus two chairs. Our server asked a person next to her, who I felt was the manager, if chairs could be added to two tables that had been placed together on the lower deck containing just two chairs. He was reluctant to honor that request to which I asked him directly, (in essence:) "Do you mean we cannot make a table for four when it's already set up to accommodate four, minus two chairs?" He hesitated again and said, "Yeah, go ahead and take these two chairs", showing me chairs from a table near him on the upper deck. He made no offer to take the chairs down the steps for us to the table on the lower deck. I carried the chairs down the steps to the table we had requested as the greeter (a young lady) offered to help - but NOT THE 'MANAGER!' In order to spare our two out-of-town guests the need to go on to another restaurant in Washington, we stayed and ate our meal there. Neither hospitality nor professionalism was displayed in any way by the 'manager' which was only made up for by the friendly and personal demeanor of the greeter and our server. The greeter and server are why I rated that experience as high as a 3 and will not be taking our guests to Ribeyes any time soon. read more

The prices were what you expected from a steakhouse for the most part. Very limited sides considering its a steakhouse. There are no fries!! Once we got out burgers I was so surprised at how tiny the proportions were. The burger was nothing more than the size of a McDonald's burger. This place is usually good. But not tonight. I don't expect it to be 5 star. But this wasn't even 3 star. First the waitress was awful Not a hello no smile and no help with the menu. She said she was burned out and that was an understatement She made my martini and it was very short for $7.50 No water, never mentioned the salad bar. Now the salad bar, wet and I mean wet iceberg lettuce. Very few choices in toppings but lots of dressings My ribeye came hot and cooked correctly but very tough. We went for Father's Day and probably will never go back. Waitress was nice, but totally unorganized. They didn't give us silverware, we had to walk back up the the check in counter and grab our own. Right across the street from the Bob Martin Ag Center this is the go-to spot for a good steak in Williamston. It does come with a decent price tag for the area, so be prepared. They have a really great, fresh salad bar. I've also had the pork chop which was really great. The food is always good, but I consistently have issues with the service. They do something here that I've never seen before (and hope I never see again); they have a waitress which is responsible for getting drinks & any regular request and then the cook actually takes your order. This creates a lot of back and forth and confusion and ultimately leads to the lack of quality service which always plagues this place. But again, a really great steak, sides, and salad bar, but be prepared for mediocre service and a steep price point (again, for the area.) read more

This place is always great! Eaten here numerous times prior to becoming a Yelper. Ordered a 8 Oz Ribeye medium-well, baked potato and salad bar. Salad bar was great! They still have items on there that most restaurants have taken off of theirs as a cost savings measure. It is becoming much harder to find a salad bar that still has cottage cheese, ham, eggs and shredded cheese. Ribeyes has them all! Steak was outstanding! Perfectly prepared, it would have been sacrilege to put a drop of steak sauce on! Baked potato was..........baked. (kind of hard to screw that up.......scratch that......I was in the Navy for 21 years and they could really screw up a baked potato!) On that note, the potato was phenomenal! Jessica really makes this place shine! Very personable bartender with impeccable customer service skills! If you come here to sit at the bar, try to come when she is working! Not the best for a family. First I was dining with my wife and our 7, 5, and 1 year old sons. I would echo what other reviewers have said - the food is about 20-30% overpriced for a similar meal elsewhere but there aren't a lot of options near Williamston. There is really one meal - ribeye steak. There are a couple of other grilled entrées but no prepared salads for example or sandwiches. Steaks run 13$ for a 4 oz up to ~30$ for a 16oz. There is a salad bar with the basics. Steaks come with baked potato or chips - you have to fix your potato yourself from the salad bar. For kids there are only 4 options: grilled cheese, chicken fingers, a burger and then a fourth I have already forgotten. We ordered the chicken fingers which turned out to be a grilled chicken breast! The kids didn't mind but I winder why they just didn't say so in the first place. The kids meals will set you back $7. Lastly the setup is not kid friendly. The restaurant looks like a place charging $30 a plate and although the staff made us feel welcome the other patrons didn't appreciate my mostly well behaved (or at least Ok behaved - except for the baby who is a terror) children. If you are a group of adults out for steak it is a decent place - my steak was delicious. If you are a family I suspect there are other places you would have a more satisfying meal. read more

I was traveling and had heard about Ribeyes and wanted to try one of their locations. It was Saturday evening and quite a crowd, I was alone and seated quickly. The menu and selection all looked good. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye and salad bar, great choice. The steak was cooked just right and tasted excellent. The one thing that stood out more than anything was the service, the staff was friendly and attentive. They made dining a pleasure. We were passing through Williamston and needed to find a place for dinner at 9:30 on a Saturday night. This place was close to our hotel so we thought we give it a try. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a classic steak dinner. They have a huge salad bar with lots of tasty items, and the blue cheese dressing was delicious. Father's Day: 2017. Kimberly not only took great care of us at the bar, but she and her staff even took our order AFTER CLOSING TIME which was super nice. We had been traveling for a couple days now in this area and as a result we were pretty tired; which is why we fell asleep at 4:13 pm and woke up at 7:55 pm. Well this place closes at 8! Kimberly and her wonderful staff didn't care though. They took our orders, made the drinks, cooked the steaks perfectly and made our Father's Day on the road that much better. Ribeyes was excellent! We took my dad here for Father's Day; he is a bit picky about his pork chops, and he said the ones he had at Ribeyes were some of the best he had ever had!! I had a cheeseburger from the small plates menu that you could top with any fixin's from the salad bar (which was wonderful, by the way) and a NY Sunset to drink, which was one of my favorites - I took down the ingredients to try to make it at home! My husband got a 10oz ribeye and said it was perfectly cooked medium rare. The best part of the night though was our awesome service from Kimberly, the bartender. I was hopeful for a great ribeye. Instead I got a well seasoned, 16 ounce piece of mostly gristle. The salad bar was really good as was the baked potato. Ordered some items to-go, specifically the grilled chicken without any bread for a family member with gluten allergy. Well, bread was included in the to-go container. This in spite of my request on behalf of a gluten-allergic customer. This is not good and a reason for a failing score on its own. the friends I dined with did have really good steaks but mine was terrible. Sorry Ribeyes, you really need to do better.
