Y'all, those meatballs were so chock full of flavor, I could have had just those and been 5 star happy. We both loved the toasted bread and the battered fries. I thought at first there wouldn't be enough fries but after my first meatball sub bite, the fries were actually after thoughts. I ate as many of the fries as I could and brought the rest home for our dogs. As for my delectable, flavorful meatball sub, I didn't even get a 1/4 of the way of my half size sub. Sometimes you can get too much marinara/tomato sauce that it drowns out everything else. That was not the case here. There was just enough to coat the meatballs and remind you that homemade always tastes better than jar sauce. They do a bang up take out service. We arrived here around 330 & while the cook time wait seemed long, it was worth it. There were alot of orders ahead of us and with every take out order, my desire for my sub grew with each, unique and different smell. It had a great bite, slightly crispy, super savory with a touch of sweetness and the brisket was the savory star of the show. I added a bit of red pepper flake and it took it from a 9 to a 9.5 dare I say 10.
