    Glam MedSpa is fantastic. If you're looking for a place that offers a wide variety of Aesthetic services this is the place. They have reasonable prices as well. Their rewards programs is FANTASTIC. It's the best I've seen and worked with. The facility is beautiful and very relaxing. They have a wonderful staff who are well trained in their profession. The office manager is wonderful as well. I felt so comfortable during my consultation and didn't feel pressured to do everything all at once. What is great is that all of the "Injectors" assess each client's needs during a customized consultation prior to any treatment. They offer a treatment plan of things they feel you can benefit from, and then you decide which one works for you. Again very professional and not just about the upsell. Don't worry men they offer services for you as well.

    I should've written this review a long time ago because this place is amazing. I highly recommend Becky. She makes you feel like a friend when you walk in. The spa is extremely clean and cute inside. They are always flexible with scheduling and the front desk receptionist Jessica is so sweet and knowledgeable. Everyone I've encountered has made me feel like home. They make me feel beautiful without any of the treatments, but with them I feel even better! I've been coming for preventative Botox and filler. When I wasn't initially happy with my filler, Becky and Cynthea took the time to figure out solutions that would work for me. I'm happy with the results. They offer so many different options and procedures and they are affordable especially if you have the membership. Get the membership! My friends who I have referred are happy coming here too :) I'll be coming back for a while!

    I normally don't like Yelp (no offense) because I find it's typically a place where people come to complain and write nasty things. I love that Glam Med Spa has the high rating it deserves! Let me start by saying I have been going to Cynthia for 4 years. I am 51 and I have been getting Botox since I was 30. I have gone to different places and always changed because I was never thrilled with my results. I have a heavy eyelid so when I got Botox before, every person (including 3 plastic surgeons) put the Botox all over my forehead. Sure, absolutely no wrinkles but when I put mascara on it was all over my lid because my lid dropped making it difficult to put makeup on there. The first thing Cynthia said when I walked in was, " you have a heavy lid so we won't do your lower forehead." I had never had anyone tell me this! She is so detailed and careful with placement which creates excellent results. I have sent 4 people to her and they are "lifers" and won't go anywhere else too! I know the other ladies are equally excellent- 1 of my peers sees Becky and Cynthia gets her procedures from the other ladies as well. The results are that she looks amazing... she's beautiful and everything she has had done looks completely natural. They are worshipped because they want natural results and won't do something that draws attention in a negative way (we have all seen terrible Botox as well as lips that stick out creating 2 hot dogs instead of a fuller lip. If I haven't convinced you get a consultation and they will give you options- that's another great thing, no one tries to talk you into something but they let you know they have ways to treat anything you would like changed. Seriously- they should know if there is ever a time I don't show up and didn't call they are safe to assume I'm most likely dead They are the best and like I said, I have been using Botox for 21 years Love this place

    I'm literally DEVASTATED!!!! I signed up for my membership June 9th 2020 for $49 after loving the botox I received! Again on June 15th I was charged another $49 FOR A UNAUTHORIZED DUPLICATE TRANSACTION. They assured me I could bank it into my account and I specifically asked if I could use it for my maintenance botox and my lip filler. Mind you thats my whole point of getting the membership so I could get discount on filler and botox BUT I DID NOT AGREE TO BE CHARGED ON JUNE 9TH AND JUNE 15TH TWICE IN ONE MONTH FOR THE MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT REFUND. I'll just add a bit of the letter I wrote for my bank. I was advised if cancel it forfeits my money so I was going to just use up my four credits on the only few services offered but THEN I REMEBERED THEY MISLEAD ME AFTER DOUBLE CHARGING ME ADVISING I COULD JUST LEAVE IT ON MY ACCOUNT AS CREDIT....NOT CREDIT ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A FEW THINGS!!!!!!!! I pondered for a very very very very long time since I DO NOT LEAVE HORRID REVIEWS I am ALWAYS able to come to an agreement and I RARELY has issues and I HAVE NEVER OUT OF MY THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF TRANSACTIONS WITH MY BANK EVER FILED A DISPUTE! The disputes are in process along with my double charge! The Botox and Filler were amazing. Becky is AMAZING just don't let them double charge and lie to you!!!! I've literally been ROBBED of $198 I am fully prepared to take this to small claims court especially with the unauthorized charged! I am waiting to hear back from my bank. here is part of the letter I wrote to my bank. I am writing this letter in hopes to explain my dispute clearly and thoroughly. On June 9th, 2020 I made a payment to Glam Med Spa the transaction posted to my debit card at 10:02pm for $49. Then on June 15th at 12:45pm Glam Med Spa made a DUPLICATE withdrawal of $49 just three days later. I called them immediately and they apologized for their mistake but said through their system they could not refund it. They said they will check with the owner and see what they could do. The receptionist never called me back so two days later I called them and she told me the charges will just be in my account so instead of having $49 to spend on my next services I would have a $98 credit on my account to use for my next visit. They continued the service withdrawing $49 in July, August and September. I went into my appointment on Friday October 2nd, 2020 with a credit of $196 that was banked into my account with them. Once I got there they let me know I couldn't use my own money on the particular service I chose that day. I WAS TAKEN COMPLETELY OFF GUARD AND HONESTLY I AM STILL IN SHOCK! I specifically asked the receptionist if I can use my baked money for the services and she told me YES. If she wouldn't have reassured me that my money could be used I would have immediately contacted my bank or spoke with the owner herself FOR DOUBLE CHARGING MY ACCOUNT UNAUTHORIZED.

    My very first Dysport experience! Amazing! Rebecca was an absolute professional with such a steady and gentle hand ... she explained everything and was so sweet! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience - starting even before I walked through the door! Super cute window decor and beautiful Spa! Reception was welcoming and friendly! I can't say enough great things about Glam MedSpa! I'll definitely be back ... their membership alone is reason enough!

    Wouldn't recommend, this is the movement I can make after about 3 weeks and 22 units of Botox, I am only 28 and not a whole lot of wrinkles. My main issue was in between the brow line and still completely have movement. My mom has very deep wrinkles and got 20 units awhile back and had no movement after. Not sure what kind of Botox they are injecting. But very frustrating.

Also, I book only added the dermaplaning to the facial because of the add attached! I ever asked about this special when I booked and was told, "yes" I could use this special and get the dermal as a few adding. Nope! When I checked out I was giver a bill for $221 for a signature facial. My jaw dropped, the facial was nice but I was told $129. I asked about the special and was told that is for my next treatment. What?? That is not what I was told, nor does this special specify this. I added a picture of the special to show how that would not be how customers would interpret this special! I was very disappointed and Will not be going back or recommending to others!! Poor advertising and very poor customer service!!

    I've had three CO2 laser treatments before. Two of them at Advanced Skin Care, that no longer do…read morethe treatments and one from a California facility. The laser they used was the Active FX and I had terrific results. I'm now ready to have another one and Advanced Skin Care refered me to Deseret. I noticed their monthly special for August is $999 for the CO2 procedure. I went in, asked questions, and booked a consultation. So far so good. I'll Had procedure today. All went well. Was home by 12:30 pm. Slept until 5:30. Cold wash cloth out of frig to ease the bit of heat. White vinegar cold compress after and slathered back up with Aquaphor. I'm off to a great start!!!

Because of that, I ended up with a stupid amount of Groupon bucks (about $70) that I've been slow to use because...if you haven't been paying attention, these daily deal sites all suck-diddly-uck lately. How many car washes or maid services can they offer?! Anyway, I moved out to the Valley and I'm undergoing a whole lot of life changes. One of my recent goals is to to once and for all get in great shape and STAY THERE, rather than bounce up and down in my well-being. Enter: $49 for a detoxing body wrap (a $175 value!)...on top of my remaining $35 Groupbucks, this set me back $14. I knew I had to carpe the diem with this opportunity, lest I be resigned to grabbing bargains for ghost town hay rides, pool filter cleanings or whatever else "sweet deal" came my way. (I really hate Groupon lately, in case you couldn't tell.) I arrived a little before my appointment time today and filled out the necessary paperwork and personal health history. I was quickly introduced to Angie, the reigning body wrap queen. She was super friendly, explained every step of my mummification (it's SUCH a weird process) and really didn't try to upsell anything to me. In fact, she made it a point to say she likes her clients to go home and notice the effects and changes the wraps have on their bodies before committing to a package. I'm already loving the inches I lost (and apparently it gets only better over the first night) and am totally recommitted to living the healthy life once and for all. Can I afford this treatment every month? Well, no. (Although i am REALLY considering a certain package deal I was told about...we'll see) but if you get a chance to try out this service just once, definitely go to Deseret and definitely see Angie.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and still waited…read moreover 10 minutes past my appointment time just to check in. That alone is frustrating, but it got much worse. At check-in, I was informed of a "new policy" requiring a physical credit card to be put on file and an ID at every visit. My mother and I have been coming to this practice for YEARS, and this has never been required. They already have our information on file. What makes this even worse is that this "new policy was never emailed, texted, or communicated in any way. You simply show up for your appointment and are denied care on the spot. That is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of patients' time. They claimed they "can't keep an ID on file" for security reasons, yet they require a credit card to be stored -- which makes absolutely no sense and frankly feels scam-like. When I asked what the card would be used for, I was told it could be charged "whenever needed." That is not transparent or acceptable. The front desk staff member was cold, dismissive, and rude -- zero empathy, zero professionalism, zero concern for patient care. She embodies what is wrong with healthcare today. I work in an ER, and I provide high-quality patient care regardless of financial status. Patients are not just credit cards. She then forced me to download an app and spend 10 minutes filling it out, only to ultimately DENY my entire appointment because I did not have a physical credit card with me (despite having digital payment available). Let that sink in: I drove an hour, arrived early, waited, complied with their app, and was refused care entirely. This practice clearly prioritizes money over patients. My mother will never return, I will never return, and I will actively warn others in the healthcare community to avoid this place at all costs. Do better. In response to your comment: I find it unbelievable that I am being asked for "understanding" in this situation. I am a long-time established patient who drove over an hour to an appointment I have had for years, only to be turned away because I did not have a physical credit card--something I have never needed before and was never notified to bring. What makes this even more unreasonable is the inconsistency of your policies. Your office cannot keep an ID on file and requires patients to present a physical ID at every visit, yet you insist on keeping a credit card on file and denied care because I did not have the physical card with me. There is no logical or patient-centered justification for this. If this requirement was new or non-negotiable, I should have been clearly informed before driving an hour to my appointment. I was not. No notice, no warning--just denial of care upon arrival. Asking for my "understanding" under these circumstances is inappropriate. This was not a patient failure; it was a failure of communication and policy, and the consequences were unfairly placed on me.

    I can't recommend Mesa Dermatology enough! I was really nervous about my first skin check because…read moreof my dad's history with melanoma, but Kristen, the NP, completely put me at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. Kristen took the time to answer all of my questions thoughtfully and made sure I understood every step of the process--never making me feel rushed or silly. Her expertise was clear, and I walked out of there feeling reassured about my skin health. Plus, her assistant Maddie was so kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. If you're nervous about getting your skin checked, don't be, the staff is professional, friendly, and truly cares about your well-being. The office is clean, easy to get to, and parking is a breeze. I'm so glad I went, and I'll definitely be back for my 6-month follow-up.
