The matcha wasn't out of this world but was still super tasty and met my wants/needs. Matcha already has sugar/sweetness to it as I believe they use rishi sweet matcha. They have plenty of merch including hoodies, tees, coffee accessories, etc. They even have a book exchange and giveaways near the seating area which is cool. I would recommend and return to this location as my drink was yummy and the service was welcoming.

The gift shop portion of the store stocks what feels like a little bit of everything. Books, stickers, soaps, lotions, trinkets, home decor, t-shirts, art, books, cards, chocolates...and that's just what I remember! And then the coffee shop portion has a surprisingly large menu. I'm used to coffee shops in stores being more like small coffee stands; but nope, this operation feels like a fully stocked coffee shop. Plus they also serve tea, matcha, and smoothies...and breakfast sandwiches, AND pastries. As you might imagine: this all makes the store smell quite good! There aren't a ton of seats but when I visited with family, we managed to find a couple tables so we could enjoy our drinks and snacks sitting down. Their coffee is very, very tasty - I tried both hot and iced lattes during my multiple visits. I didn't have tea on-site but I did buy some of their blends to brew at home, and they are also very, very tasty. Unfortunately they don't do online sales, and since I was traveling I didn't have the space to pack up everything I wanted to take home with me. Maybe future me will have the chance to come back...in the meantime, I hope you lucky locals appreciate this place as much as I did!

If you have a concern, take it up with the store manager and there might be mitigating circumstances on how something was handled. If it's a procedural issue then you can't hold the store accountable. Call Corporate and let them know your concerns. That being said, the issue with the bodily fluids was handled how it was supposed to. It's hazardous and a cleaning company was supposed to come clean it and is why it was not cleaned with store supplies; ie to avoid contamination. It would not be cleanly or responsible for the store to clean those kinds of fluids with supplies to clean the rest of the store. Please have some grace and understand that procedures have to be followed. Take the correct action when you have concerns but don't take it out on the baristas. They are doing their best.
