Wa 98010. The employees all have a great attitude and actually converse with you. I was talking with another customer about how good the coffee was and they replied with, "yea it seems they hired people who want to be here" it shows in every cup of liquid gold they make. . No more cups of coffee that make me feel like I'm drinking a cup of hot kola piss and burnt toe nails for this guy. Swing by and try them out. Rumor has it they are extending their hours in May. Thanks for your time. Go get some coffee. Enjoy your day all, cheers

FARMHOUSE BREW: WHERE'S MY EMOTIONAL SUPPORT GOAT?…read more Look, their pour-over coffee is nothing short of miraculous - each cup personally blessed by what I assume must be artisanal coffee angels. BUT WHERE ARE THE BABY GOATS IN PAJAMAS? I arrived fully expecting to sip my artisanal latte while a miniature donkey named Espresso gently headbutted my knee for attention. Their single-origin Ethiopian roast? Divine. The tasting notes include hints of blueberry and jasmine. You know what DOESN'T include blueberry and jasmine? THE CONSPICUOUS ABSENCE OF A CHICKEN COOP NEXT TO THE SUGAR STATION. I brought three different types of organic chicken feed IN CASE THEY HAD A PREFERENCE. Sure, their cold brew is steeped for 19 hours in pristine mountain water collected by monks. But let's talk about what's really important: I've been here SEVEN TIMES and have yet to see a single sheep wearing a hand-knitted sweater waddle up to me asking for oat milk foam leftovers. I even bought a tiny shepherd's crook FOR NOTHING. The baristas can discuss coffee terroir with PhD-level precision, but can they tell me why there isn't a pot-bellied pig named Lord Bacon III greeting customers at the door? I specifically came wearing my rubber boots today, prepared to stand in authentic farm mud while ordering my cappuccino. Their seasonal spiced latte is a masterpiece of flavor balance. Whatever. I've been sitting here for two hours and not once has a heritage breed rooster named Colonel Clucksworth interrupted my laptop time with his perfectly timed morning crow. The ambiance is SEVERELY lacking in authentic farm chaos. Listen, the recycled barn wood aesthetic is cute and all, but you can't just slap some Edison bulbs on a ceiling and call yourself "Farmhouse" without providing at least ONE alpaca in a bow tie who judges people's coffee orders with gentle humming sounds. Five stars for their coffee program - their commitment to craft is undeniable. But NEGATIVE FARM ANIMAL stars for creating false hopes of being able to share my morning scone with a dairy cow named Ms. Moochiato. I've started a petition to add at least a small petting zoo corner. So far I have three signatures, including one that might just be a coffee stain that looks like a signature. P.S. I heard they're expanding their patio next month. I've already drafted architectural plans that include a miniature barn where therapy chickens can host coffee cupping sessions. I'm willing to negotiate on the chicken sweater designs. P.P.S. The pastries are excellent, though they would taste demonstrably better if delivered by a pygmy goat wearing a tiny apron and name tag. I've done the research - goat-delivered croissants increase customer satisfaction by 427%. Note: To the staff who keep explaining that "Farmhouse" refers to their rustic aesthetic - I understand, but have you considered that your tip jar would overflow if you just added one (1) baby lamb in rain boots who helps steam milk? Just one. That's all I'm asking for. I already have the rain boots in three sizes. Special Addendum: I'm not saying your business model is flawed, but I am saying that every coffee shop is improved by the addition of a miniature horse barista apprentice named Macchiato McFoamerson III.

It probably just comes down to what this restaurant does well vs. what they're trying to do to accommodate everyone. Six people ordered breakfast, one person ordered a sandwich, and I ordered the Yummy Bowl because it was one of two vegan options on the lunch menu (nothing vegan on the breakfast menu). It was really bad. The flavor and texture were yucky. Nothing was seasoned except the "yummy sauce," which had the strangest flavor. It just didn't taste good. I was grateful I got a side of fries, which were excellent. I'm sure they're trying to accommodate vegans, but there is still some work to do there so the food tastes good and isn't just put together to say there is a vegan option on the menu. Everyone else loved their food. It's a nostalgic place for all of them, too, so that adds to their experience. They sat us in a room with a door, and that was lovely because it gave us some privacy and toned down the noise. For me, that was the best part of our brunch outing. We stopped by the bakery before leaving, and my husband loaded up on his favorites, and I got a loaf of San Francisco sourdough (which I ate a bit of the next day, and it was delicious). I haven't been here in years, and I probably won't be back for a while, but I will return because it's a family favorite. Maybe I'll just stick with fries and some toast next time!

There there were two of them and they seemed to care more about the tip jar than anything else? The girl came back saw a massive line and just disappeared. I walked out....

**Lumber House Brewery: A Masterpiece of Craft Brewing--But Let's Talk About the Concrete Elephant…read morein the Room** Lumber House Brewery is not just **good**--it is a **revelation**, a divine temple of hops and barley, a sanctuary where beer enthusiasts gather to worship at the altar of pure, liquid perfection. The brews here? **Impeccable.** The balance of flavors, the craftsmanship, the sheer dedication poured into every pint--this is the kind of beer that **rewires your brain chemistry**, rendering all lesser beverages obsolete. The food? **Legendary.** A burger so impossibly juicy it deserves its own Netflix documentary. Fries that crunch with a level of precision that suggests **some sort of alchemical wizardry is at play**. Each dish is not just **prepared**--it is **engineered**, designed for maximum indulgence and unrestrained joy. The staff? **Incredible.** Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft. Every conversation with them feels like a TED Talk on the art of brewing, and yet **somehow more engaging**. And yet--**AND YET**--let us address the single most inexplicable contradiction in human history: **LUMBER HOUSE BREWERY IS LOCATED IN A CONCRETE TILT-UP BUILDING.** Read that again. Slowly. Let it sink in. Lumber House Brewery--the very name **evokes images of rustic timber lodges**, cozy wood-paneled beer halls, the scent of sawdust mingling with the comforting aroma of freshly poured stouts. You hear "Lumber House," and you **expect** beams, planks, a structure that whispers of heritage, craftsmanship, and the sturdy embrace of dimensional lumber. But no. **Concrete.** Gray, impersonal, **unapologetically industrial concrete**. Tilted up like some sort of affront to the very concept of its name. It is an irony so stark, so **mercilessly hilarious**, that one cannot help but admire the sheer audacity of it. This is not just **a choice**--this is a **statement**, a deliberate defiance of expectations, an architectural plot twist so profound it rivals the greatest mysteries of our time. Could they have constructed a grand wooden brewery, rich in timber and nostalgic warmth? Absolutely. But instead, they **rebelled**. They chose strength over sentiment, functionality over theme, and in doing so, they **cemented--literally and figuratively--their place in history**. And somehow? **It works.** So go. Step into Lumber House Brewery's **glorious contradiction**, revel in the fact that **despite its lack of lumber**, it delivers one of the **most unforgettable** brewery experiences imaginable. Five stars. And a **moment of stunned silence for the irony**.

It's not a huge place but they have plenty of seating and comfortable brewery ambiance. Food and beer is ordered at the bar and they bring the food to wherever you're sitting. We were on a bit of time crunch and just grabbed seats at the bar. Since it was an in between meal period, they weren't super busy which was perfect. We both ordered the burger special which was a bacon bleu burger which comes with waffle fries. The waffles fries are fantastic, and an underrated fry choice, IMO. They were hot and crispy. Burgers were loaded but the knock on them was that they were over cooked for both my wife and I, while also being small compared to the bun. Overall, the flavor was still good and along with good beers (we got the Kolsch & Pale Ale) it was a 4 star experience. When we were getting ready to leave, a guy at the end of the bar received his pretzel order and it looked delicious. Will definitely come back and try that next time!

I ordered 32oz & they handed me a 24oz. I explained the mistake & asked them to make it bigger. The lady got very defensive & told me they heard 24oz & asked me for my card again to charge me the difference. REALLY?!? I said never mind. As we were driving away my friend sipped her blended breve mocha & discovered there was NO chocolate in it. So, we drove back to the line. Again they were defensive. I put 5 pumps in it. No, she didn't. When she handed us the newly made one it looked much darker.....like she pit chocolate in it. I started to explain that I was very unhappy with their service today & why. The girl at the windows informed me she didn't appreciate how I was talking to her. I looked at her & replied that I have never been treated like this before at Gravity. I have managed restaurants & coffee shops. They messed up both of our drinks & were accusatory when I tried to explain it. Not once were they kind after THEIR errors. Teenage angst does not belong in The Zen that is Gravity Coffee.

The whole place feels refreshed in the best way while still keeping that calm, cozy charm that makes you want to linger a little longer. The atmosphere is effortlessly chill. Between the warm wood accents, lush greenery, and soft natural light, it feels like a tiny indoor oasis. It's the kind of spot where you can reset your day with something nourishing in hand. The menu updates have been fantastic. I love that they've added Lotus as an option, but what really stands out is their fresh juice. It's such a treat to walk in and have something made right then and there. They still offer their cold-pressed juices, which is great, but having both options makes it feel more personal and intentional. Their smoothies and açaí bowls are also top-tier, and you can genuinely taste the difference when they use real açaí. My current obsession is the Dragon Breeze with coconut milk instead of coconut water. The dragon fruit, mango, pineapple, and strawberry combo is already incredible, but the coconut milk makes it extra smooth, creamy, and refreshing. It's easily one of the best drinks I've had anywhere. The service is always warm and welcoming, and you can tell there's real care behind everything they do. Our Hive continues to be one of my favorite local spots, and I can't recommend it enough.
