I had to wait around several minutes more to ask for some cream since they had none out. This place was NOT busy just mismanaged. The same thing happened to my husbands mobile order. (We ordered his separately - after he used restroom.) and again, they weren't even AWARE of his mobile order until he brought it to their attention. Once we got our drinks they were fine but definitely not worth the trouble. The building looks great but you guys have got to work on your staff.
