We called Rob 2 days before we were leaving on vacation, our flight out of Logan was @ 5:25am. The #1 reason for choosing his services were the positive reviews on Yelp, well he didn't disappoint. He arrived 10 minutes early at 2:50am, the van was exceptionally clean, nothing like a taxi at all. He got us to Logan in just over 20 minutes. Everything about this trip with Rob was above expectations, we have used livery services many many times in the past but that is in the past, when ever we need a ride and are not intending to use our car or leaving on vacation again, this is the guy to call. read more

I recently moved my Mom up from NJ to Weymouth. My Mom travels quite a bit still despite her being 80+ years old! She did not want to drive into the airport by herself & I wanted her to be with someone I could contact & that had a good reputation! Rob was so good to us, responsible & reliable. He texted that he was on his way, texted when he arrived. Was waiting for my Mom at the airport when she came back from her trip & texted me when she had her safely home!! You won't be disappointed using this car service especially going to the airport. I hate bothering anyone to drive in traffic or leaving my car there. First off it was very short notice but they fit us in. Secondly the car was nice, comfortable and fit all the luggage. Thirdly and most important was the price. I called 3 places and they were the cheapest. I'm talking 1/2 of what the others were. Even Uber because we needed an SUV. Can't be beat and I definitely recommend them. read more

Excellent service especially for the price. They were half the price of other services. They were on time and in constant contact with our party. Driver was courteous and we were at ease with his driving. Our family has used them for airport runs as well as rides to the cruise terminal in Boston. We highly recommend them and will continue to use them for our travel needs. read more

Rob was great. He was able to accommodate us and our two kids. He picked us up and brought along 2 car seats which meant we didn't have to park and leave our car all week. He was also very responsive and accommodating when our flight was cancelled and rescheduled to the next morning. We'll definitely be using Rob again for future travel! read more

He stopped approximately on car length way from a knoll that's on a curve which is blind! I did once again said nicely you can't stop here we are going to get hit! He yelled again. At this point I yelled back and told him to back this van up into the private road right behind him he yelled telling me he knows how to drive, I kept yelling we are in danger her you need to move!!! Well he finally jammed it in reverse and as he moved back a very large truck not a pick up came over that knoll.. then right behind that truck another huge truck came I did say I TOLD YOu! This road is extremely narrow and you must be extremely careful driving it. He finally continued after he phoned his boss who then tried telling me the rules of the company that they have to check in. Well I did explain to her you can't check in if you don't have service! Also you and your drivers should not be speaking Spanish and talking shit about the white women in the back who you assume don't understand Spanish! She shut up. He finally took off and he was a maniac driving! I'm a bit vol unable at this time because of a stroke and recent heart procedure but I will not tolerate this behavior. If they choose to retaliate which they did! They have a fighting their hands! They will loose. They are also not accredited with the bbb! Which I recently found out. They also use different names for their company also! Beware!!!

Rob's Livery Service is excellent!! 10 stars is more like it! We used them for the first time for a ride to the airport. They were 15 minutes early and helped us with our bags. The owner Rob was very friendly and professional! He got us to the airport in time despite traffic. When we came back from out trip, they were SUPER STARS!! Due to the airline we had two delays. The first one was a whole 24 hours later and Rob was great! He was very understanding of our situation and changed our pickup time. The second delay, was about an hour and a half late. Our driver, Sean waited and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional and a bonus he had us laughing almost the whole trip home! Rob & Sean are fabulous! The service was awesome. He was very responsive. He texted me the night before to confirm pick up time, texted again when he arrived, and was at the airport early to pick us up when we returned from our trip. We did not have to worry about a thing!
