Just doing an update review on where I've been doing kickboxing training for a couple of months now. I have to say in a short amount of time I've trimmed some fat and gained some muscle. They have some great trainers. Phannary and Art make sure you get a good workout in everytime. Every session is slightly different and offers a different challenge every time. I highly recommend checking them out as well as the other classes as well. I also get great tips from Austen & Shem about doing different exercises as well as strecthes that I can do at home! Shem, the lead trainer in the group circuit training was truly an inspiration and helps you build the confidence so many of us strive for! Shem Swerkes was my Trainer, and I wish that he still was but I live to far away now. I trained with Shem for a strong 6 months, and I saw the best results possible. I love training at The Fit Factory! My trainer Michael definitely has pushed me I'm a good way! Having a trainer versus working out alone truly makes all the difference!! I've learned so much since I started training here, I never realized how many machines or moves I was using/doing incorrectly.Training can be one on one with your trainer or small groups of 2-3.
