They have an indoor swimming pool you can lounge or do laps. Kid friendly. There is a hot tub, steam room, and sauna room. Friendly staff and the gym is always kept clean. I would give it 5 stars if you went back to being open for 24 hours. That's my only grippe.

She told management and nothing was done because they have a private relationship with him and she's new so clearly they would take his side they seem like they really like woman beaters at this gym. My girlfriend made sure to not be rude back because had she been rude back she would not be alive. He looked like he was roid raging and was mad that she was lifting more than him on "his" machine. This place is disgusting and shameful they need to be sued. We cancelled our membership their pool and jacuzzi was pretty filthy anyway and they are too cheap for air conditioning that's why your always hearing about people fainting or having heart attacks at this gym they have absolutely no air flow plus it looks like a prison somewhere in a 3rd world country that praises woman beaters not to mention, they don't even have enough parking outside like where are we in San Francisco? My sister and I joined recently and so far we love it!…read more It's a very clean facility, everything is always clean and the other members have great etiquette. We don't often come during staffed hours but the staff that we have spoken to are friendly. The girl who did our introduction was very knowledgeable and let us know about all of the promotions up front. She set up our sauna and provided everything we needed for the trial session. I love that there is 24/7 access and I also like that the saunas only hold 2-3 people. It allows my sister and I to have privacy and get some sister time. I'm also not hugely social so I do appreciate not sweating it out in a room full of people. The workouts are easy to follow and the saunas are very clean! A few things to note. They do require that you only use the mats and towels sold by Hotworx, they are made specifically for heated application. Although, I was with a private Hot Yoga facility previously and already owned a mat made specifically for these types of workouts, you cannot use other brands. You can rent their mats/towels for $5 or you can purchase the combo for $117. Many people sell them online for less. The only thing that was a bit of a turn off was the membership cancellation policy. When you first sign up you do have 3 business days to cancel and it states that the studio may charge you a fee to cancel based on how much you used the facility within that time frame. If you do not cancel within the first 3 business days, you are in contract for 90 days and then the membership switches to month-to-month. However, if you want to cancel after the 90 days, you have to give a 60 day notice. So, you're locked in for at least 5 months. If for some reason you need an immediate cancellation the cancellation fee is $99. I researched this before even going to my trial class so i was aware and willing but I don't like that they make it so hard to cancel. You'll also be required to do it in person or by written statement through certified mail and only at the location in which you signed up. You do have the option to freeze your membership for up to 3 months if needed but will still be charged $9 a month and cannot use the facility. I also found it hard to find any of this information on the website.

On multiple visits, there were men lingering around machines without actually working out--just standing, staring, and making women uncomfortable, especially near the StairMasters and treadmills. There should be staff actively monitoring the floor to make sure people are there to exercise, not loiter and gawk at others. That lack of oversight completely ruined the environment for me and made it feel unsafe and unwelcoming. I won't be returning. I've since joined Hotworx a few doors down, where I feel much more comfortable and supported, and where the atmosphere is largely women-focused and respectful.

Seems that PF owners/management don't even train their staff or they choose employees who lack any customer service skills. At the time of this writing, I'm at PF using the elliptical. It seems the staff isn't aware of the 10/5. Planet Fitness policy that states : staff members are expected to acknowledge and interact with anyone within 5 feet of them. Since I knew of this rule, when I entered to check in today, there was 2 staff in the front (Hispanic guy and a dirty blonde girl). Soon as I went close to the scanner, the dirty blonde girl looks at me and moves away from the scanner and the guy just stands there) and just lets me scan my phone. No hello or "have a good workout" This hasn't been a first time with that girl. Seems that's just her personality for being a Gen Z. Maybe management needs to retrain the staff about the 10/5 rule since I've mentioned this already on Google review weeks ago. Clearly, nothing has changed. But to all PF members or potential people signing up, just observe how the staff greets or not greet. There are some good employees who do greet when I work out around 6 am weekdays. They usually are the guy PF staff so just not trying to say all have no manners. But hopefully management will look at the time I stated and see who was working this shift. As for machines, no complaints. Can get crowded but just work around available machines.

She is always fixing things and talking with members. When I signed up, she thanked me for signing up and asked me to let her know if I needed anything! I know this shouldn't be something to write home about, but the type of customer care she displays with the members of this club is not something you encounter often. She and the rest of the staff really seem to care. I genuinely feel valued and that is priceless.
