Finally... Great Barrington has received what it was praying for: an incredible bev & breakfast place. This is not a sponsored ad but it will sound like Roberto's is paying me under the table to sing their praises because this place is PHENOMENAL. Ambiance? Awesome. The space has a cool rustic feel and is great for some nice conversation. Now, the food: literally the best sandwich I have ever consumed. I tried the tomato & mozzarella one and literally haven't tried anything else on their lunch or dinner menu because it is the perfect sandwich. Their focaccia? As bread? Yes. I have also been blessed enough to have their breakfast sandwich and honestly words cannot even capture that experience so just order one yourself. The bevs? I am a beverage lover and have been severely disappointed and let down by neighboring local establishments when it comes to their matcha and iced coffee selection. But Robbie's? They've done it. An incredible matcha. A spicy iced chai. Incredible iced coffees. You couldn't ask for more. The service is also absolutely amazing. I came for breakfast right at 9AM on the first day they had earlier opening and it took them fifteen minutes to make my breakfast sandwich -- which isn't even a long wait when compared to other GB sandwich shops *cough cough Rubi's*. And they're were so kind and appreciative that I waited they gave me a little breakfast oat bar on the house (which was also incredible and warm and tasted like the concept of breakfast, if that makes sense). Also -- they serve Pastries by Hanna AKA the greatest donuts known to man. Like maybe go just for those on the weekends. Overall, they're amazing and will grow tired of seeing me.

Was back in the area for a class reunion and looking for a laid back place to eat. It was so good we went back a second time before leaving. Robbie and staff are definitely tops in customer service and provide a full and excited dining experience in this wonderfully reimagined space. Came home with local butter and Robbie's own pizza sauce. Definitely 5 stars!

Amazing to see this 100+ year-old Kelvinator wooden refrigerator, made a focal star of the space.

This is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. Absolutely buzzing during the annual car show, I stopped in to try the meatball sub, a personal favorite and measuring stick for me. Happy to report it was incredible (fully review coming to my YouTube) Fresh loaf was incredible and held up to the sauce, meatballs cooked perfectly, soft and fluffy & nearly impossibly moist. Just enough cheese to let the meatballs & sauce shine. I thought the ratio of sauce on the sandwich was well portioned - Not too wet not hiding anything, thick gravy style with a shffonade of fresh basil. On a separate occasion, I had the pleasure of trying to incredible donuts, a hibiscus rose and pistachio. Incredible to see the care and effort of scratch ingredients continuing over from the Sheffield pizza location. Do yourself a favorite and don't miss this spot on your way through town.

Ham Egg Cheddar. Peppadew Peppers and spicy Aioli on Rosemary Focaccia. Delicious! The best part of my Tuesday!

I thought the best pizza I'd ever had was at Roberto's in Sheffield, then Robbie opened this place in GB and now I have two great pizza joints.

Heard good things about this spot and added it to our vacation plan. Our rental has a full kitchen…read moreso we grabbed three frozen pizzas and six frozen herb & chess chibatta. The bread will go home with us. The pizza is for dinner. Each pizza would probably serve one adult man and are absolutely delicious. Cooking instructions are on the wrap - put them right on the rack. Crispy crust has plenty of air pockets to keep it light with a good chew. The BBQ onion is sweet. The roasted garlic had a bunch of garlic scattered all over. Lots of cheese on both. The last pizza, roasted red pepper, will be for another day. They had about five pre-made frozen pizza options when we visited. If you prefer, call ahead and they will build one fresh to your liking for you to pick up and bake at home. The interior shopping area is small. By the register is a pastry display case with the most enormous stuffed croissants, scones, cookies and other sweet treats. Behind that is a display of fresh breads. On a rack by the door are bagged bread goods. Freezer and refrigerator cases are along the wall. If I lived around here I would without a doubt be a regular customer and try all their offerings. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cozy seating area by the front door to enjoy your purchases on site. Big parking lot.

We visited 2 different locations and they were a world apart, that's too bad because we really like…read moretheir baked goods. At the Pittsfield location we ordered. Peach and Ginger also a Double Chocolate muffin. Delicious. The down side was the very unprofessional attitude of the server behind the counter. We wanted fresh coffee and she actually lied to us about that, instead the coffee urn was mostly empty and not fresh. As for the Housatonic location we ordered some fabulous Almond Croissants and Baguette and San Francisco Bread loaf. Whoa delicious. The woman serving us was outstanding and her very professional attitude was a relief compared to their Pittsfield experience we had. Thank you!
