When I moved to the area, I was in search of a dentist. I had a great experience with my previous dentist, but travelling 30-45 minutes to see him was a hassle. I looked at numerous reviews and decided to take a look at Dr. Cramer. Quick note: the office is now Cramer Dental. It consists of Dr. Robbin Cramer and her son, Dr. Craig Cramer. I've had the opportunity to work with both of them. My first visit was a general cleaning. If I recall, I believe my dental hygenist's name was Tara or Trina. Either way, she was nice and conversational, which is usually weird when some is conversing with you while their hand and tools are in your mouth. Before my teeth cleaning, Dr. Robbin Cramer came in and spoke with me about my dental history. She seemed very nice. On another occasion, I thought I chipped a filling. Turns out, I chipped a small piece of my crown. I called Cramer Dental and was able to get an appointment the same day with Dr. Craig Cramer. He was very nice and took the time to explain the issue to me. Luckily, it wasn't anything serious. The office itself is small, cozy and very neat. The front desk staff are also nice. read more

Long story short, the dentist threw a fit when I requested a hidden fee be waived. Most business owners would have no problem whatsoever with this simple request, especially when the office was at fault for not communicating the fee before the visit...but not this one. I've never been treated so unprofessionally by a medical professional before in my life. I also had to point out my own cavity to the staff, who, pleasant though they were, could not seem to see half a blackened tooth. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. read more

I'm not a big fan of the dentist and was quite sad to leave mine in Baltimore, MD when we moved to Blue Bell. So the search for a kind, comforting, and non-fear-inducing dental experience began on Yelp, as most of my searches do. I ended up finding Dr. Cramer! Their office is small, but comforting in their little mansion house on DeKalb Pike and it is not the crazy high-tech, newest equipment, kind of place like my last dentist, but I didn't mind at all. I had such a great experience with such kind people, I was totally at ease. I hardly had to wait, they can remind you via email and cell for your appointments, and Dr. Cramer is SO sweet and friendly! She reminded me of my pediatrician as a child so I was sold at hello. Only reason there aren't 5 stars is because my teeth cleaning was fast, almost too fast! Not to say I wanted to be there for a long time, but I've always experienced cleanings that go tooth by tooth not such a quick swipe over everything kind of thing. OVER ALL- Extremely kind staff, very comfortable environment, and quick, timely service. I will DEFINITELY be back. read more

Dr. Cramer' staff is very good at reminding patients to come in for their check-ups. The hygienists are thorough. Dr. Cramer is friendly. At 27 years old, I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years b/c of insurance changes and complete laziness, but a toothache prompted me to get off my couch last week and head in for a cleaning and to tackle the pesky stabbing feeling I'd been getting on and off for a few days. Unfortunately, I'd only ever gone to one dentist that I remembered, and they didn't except my insurance. So I hit the Aetna website in search of a name that made me feel relatively comfortable about having a stranger's hands in my mouth. I found Dr. Cramer, whose office just happens to be EXACTLY on my drive home from work, and when I called the gates of heaven opened and bestowed a small miracle on me. They had an opening for only a few days later, and a 5:30 appointment, so I wouldn't even have to take time off from work! They mailed my intro packet so that I could fill out my questionnaire before I arrived. Once I got there, I was greeted quickly and taken back to a room almost immediately. They have a really nice fish tank, but I didn't have that much time to check it out because I wasn't kept waiting. I would imagine it is a HUGE hit with little ones, though. I had xrays done and began my cleaning. Dr. Cramer came in during the cleaning, introduced herself, took a quick look in my mouth, talked over some issues with me that I had about my mouth/teeth, and was on her way to let me get back to the cleaning. She was friendly and really nice, but didn't waste extra time that NONE of us wanted to spend on a weeknight sitting around chatting when we could be on our ways home! Laura, my hygienist, was SO sweet and did a great job at quickly and painlessly getting rid of 2-3 years worth of built up tartar. She also explained the process of getting fitted for a mouth guard at night, which in over 20 years of having an overbite and eventually TMJ issues, my old dentist never even suggested to me. And lucky for me, my toothache was just a product of a sinus headache and I'm still cavity free! I can't believe I lucked into running across this office, and I hope that our company either keeps our insurance or changes to another that Dr Cramer's office accepts because I don't want to have to leave! My only complaint is that pulling out of the parking lot can be a bit of a pain if you're heading south. Turning left onto 202 is NEVER fun! read more

I have been going to Dr. Cramer all my life. I have never felt welcomed. I just recently found out that I was left with a Temporary implant for 10 years (not meant to exceed 2) because she never referred be back to the surgeon. Instead, she kept prompting me (and my mother who was paying for any work I had done) to get veneers. Something that would make my implant unnecessary, and benefit her wallet. In the process, she also charged my mother for procedures she never did on my sister's teeth. Do not trust this dentist. read more

Nice lady, not a good dentist. Long story short - I had a cavity and she drilled too deep, right to the nerve. Major problems from there.

At Dr. Cramer's office, I always feel welcomed and leave happy with the experience. All the hygienists there are super sweet and take their time with you. The cleanings are always thorough and they don't scold you for maybe not flossing as much as you should. :) Also, the other huge plus for me is that I can always get an appointment at a time that works for me. They are accommodating, even if I ask for the last appointment slot on a Saturday. read more

Stay away! I got two crowns from her, one of which was on a tooth that had a buildup for 15 years with no issue whatsoever. The crown broke in just over a year. I went back and she saw me right away for repair but then sent me an astronomical bill for the repair! Now, just 14 months later, the crown has broken again. Another dentist told me I need root lengthening because the tooth was so small making it difficult for a crown to adhere properly - likely from her shaving my tooth down so much both times for the crowns. Long story short, I now need a crown for the 3rd time and root lengthening because of her work and I refuse to go back to her even if she were to do it for free. read more

Scammer. Tried to squeeze money out of my insurance copay. And when I brought it to there attention, and they acknowledged their error......I have yet to receive my refund. They have ignored calls and emails. Dont be fooled by the cozy, family friendly ambience......know your copay and be aware of the type of sneaky tactics this dentist employs. I would advise past patients of Cramer to review their file and make sure it's all in order. I highly recommend Dr. Cramer. My family has been seeing her for over 20 years and my college-aged children still come back to see her. Her office staff is very attentive and Dr. Cramer truly takes the time to discuss any concerns and to ensure patient satisfaction. I have recently seen her son, Dr. Craig Cramer, and he seems equally as attentive, caring and competent as Dr. Cramer. They have good hours, great reminders via text and email and will be sure to take care of any dental need that you may have. read more

I would give her 0 stars if I could. She is a lovely person but really a horrible dentist. A family member and I, among others we know, have had ongoing dental problems because of her shoddy work. For example, she botched a basic filling in a small cavity, leaving decay under the filling that allowed the tooth to continue to decay. Years later the filling came out, and a different, higher caliber dentist immediately recognized the problem. This has happened to at least one other person I know and is just an example of her lack of technical dental skills. I would NOT recommend her. read more

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AWFUL! UNPROFESSIONAL! In August 2013 I was seen by Dr. Robbin Cramer where a cap was placed on my tooth. In no less than a month the tooth became loose so I had made a follow up with Dr. Robbin Cramer in October where I had let her know the tooth was loose and there was an odor coming from the tooth. She said, and I quote "There's nothing I can do, it'll just fall out on it's own". As a traveling sales representative I expressed that I can not have that odor and taste in my mouth as it can effect my business. In no longer than 3 weeks the tooth fell out. When I came back to the office to have it cemented back in. Not once did she ask how it happened, or why I was so upset. I knew this tooth was a problem and was being proactive about having it correct 3 weeks ago so I wouldn't run into a situation where my tooth fell out in front of my clients or on the job like what happened today. As a doctor a part of your job is to care about your patients, which she has made perfectly clear that she does not. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.... unless you are comfortable with a cap that is suppose to last at least 7 years not lasting even 7 months then this woman is right up your alley! read more

I don't have too many problems with my teeth so I generally go to the dentist for routine cleanings. As such, more than the dentist, the quality and expertise of the hygienist is much more important to me. I love my hygienist. She is super thorough, gentle, and really kind to boot. Dr. Cramer sometimes seems rushed and does a pretty quick job of checking my teeth. The staff is friendly and my visits have always started on time. No waiting around at all. read more

Dr. Cramer has been my primary Dentist for 28 years and everyone in the office is always professional and caring. I consider them like my family and love the whole staff.
