They don't give you a clue option either which we thought was odd if you're really stuck on a puzzle. (They had a very time-intensive Alphabet puzzle we spent way too much time on.) My partner and I came here on a Friday night and did the witching hour. It was a fairly busy location but clean with friendly staff. The room was pretty hard but doable with two people. We escaped with only a few mins left though and we used 3 hints! Our game master did give some hints without us asking a couple times which isn't a big deal but I do try to do it with the least amount of hints as possible so I don't feel like we really did it with only three. There is one gender neutral bathroom that was decently clean (before 7 teen boys used it ). Location is good with lots of parking and other activities next door.
