I came to the Robert Allan Salon because my then-stylist always seemed too busy to fit me in. I picked Khristian based on his great reviews. And I'm so glad I did. He is awesome! Khristian helped me through what could have been a very frustrating and long process: growing out a very short pixie cut. But, not once did I ever feel like my hair was in one of those awkward in between stages. Khristian always gave me amazing cuts every step of the way until I reached the length I wanted,even offering free trims to clean up the back in between cuts. He is very professional and personable. He also works on Saturdays which is great for my schedule and he was always able to fit me in. I always look forward to seeing him at my next visit. Unfortunately, I am moving out of state and will have to look for another stylist. I just wish I could fit him in my suitcase and bring him with me! In addition, the ladies at the front desk are also always very friendly and attentive. The salon's atmosphere is a perfect balance of high-end salon and small local shop. I saw Khristian when I came here and I must say that he gave me the best cut and color I've ever received. A friend recommended Robert Allan salon after my hair got completely butchered at a different salon. I had gone in to the other salon with hair halfway down my back expecting an inch trim and left with my hair 4 inches past my shoulder in a style that looked like it was produced by my 7 year old niece. Khristian was very graceful about my botched do and never once made me feel bad about it. I really appreciated how positive he was throughout my entire appointment with him. He really communicated with me well about what I wanted and how we were going to fix my hair. He was honest and extremely professional and really listened to what my concerns and wants were. He accidentally got a tiny bit of dye on my shirt and he offered to replace my shirt for me! I could tell he genuinely felt awful about the mishap. This is the nicest salon in town. They offer anything I could get in Seattle or Portland. I've been going there for years and the service is always top notch. The product lines they use are very high end and the salon offers everything from facials and massage to cuts and colors. I've only been treated with the utmost professionalism.
