My daughters first dental appointment with Dr Lee, we were greeted upon arrival by a friendly front office staff, she was called in right away and the dental assistant made us feel very comfortable she was amazing! Responding to your comments about EOB and insurance... your office said they got the approval from my insurance before my visit (so all that was due was the office visit, I even asked at the appt) but then after my visit, whatever happened between you and the insurance has nothing to do with me, and for whatever reason they didn't pay the full amount. So you come after me to collect for the remaining balance. I talked to your office and I got no help. You had my insurance information prior to the visit, none of this was my fault. Its preventative care!!! There was nothing extra! If there was additional payment, I should be informed before the service. All you wanted was my money. I got contacted several times asking for the money. Your office was not helpful nor compassionate. I asked for their understanding, but it didnt matter. Bottom line, they just cared there was the outstanding balance. Had I known this was the case, I would not have come to your office. I have come for years, but the second money comes into play... your office's true colors come out. One more note, I didn't even want to do x-rays, but was pressured to do it and told it was preventative and covered by insurance. I was fooled, because I ended up getting billed for it. You're a good dentist Dr. Lee, but how you run the office and lead your staff is very disheartening when its less about patient care and more about money. read more

Our experience with Dr. Lee was probably one of the worst. Do not bring your child to him if they are anxious about the dentist or need a little extra patience and care. My son has been coming here since he was 1 years old! He is now 9! We love Dr. Lee & his staff. My son is always so nervous before we come in for a check up... only because he's scared they will find cavities! But the staff is so great with the kids... they make them feel so comfortable. First visit went great! Everyone here is super sweet and easy going. I got referred here from sunset dental. They had given me 2 options for kids dentists, the first one had horrible reviews and this place had better ones. So I went with this place. So glad I did! They have a cute little play room in the front and if the kids are good they get a token to get a little toy. We arrived like 30 min early and we're taken in right away. They have a tv on the ceiling that plays different kinds of kids movies to keep them distracted. My daughter loved it so that's all that matters. We will be back for more work in a month! Due to the pandemic, I was very hesitant in taking my son for his first visit. But I read up on so many great 5 star reviews that I felt more assured this will be the right place. The office was very serious about covid-19 precaution procedures. They make every patient wait outside and only allow one patient to check in before seeing the dentist. Overall the office is kept quite clean in the waiting are and patient room. They do take your temperature before allowing you into the patient room. The surrounding does have kids theme decoration to make the kids feel welcomed. Inside the patient room, there are 2 tvs the kids can watch while the dentist is working on the kids. The nurse that washed my son's teeth was very patient and accommodating. She made sure my son was comfortable in the chair and equipment before assisting with the teeth cleaning. Once she was done, the kids can pick stickers for being obedient. We waited for about 5-10 mins before Dr Robert Lee stepped in to exam my son's teeth condition. He was very professional, friendly and easy to speak with. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure all my questions were answered before we were finished with our visit. Overall everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They made my son comfortable and he did so well during the visit. After some research , I decided to bring my 4 year old here for her 1st time dental visit. She was a little scared at the idea of it, but that fear turned into excitement the second she stepped inside the office. Everyone is very warm and welcoming & know how to make a kid feel comfortable and safe. The themed walls throughout the facility helped a ton (genius lol). I forgot I was the parent for a second and enjoyed the creativity :) The whole process was nice & smooth... no long hours of waiting like other places. We have been going to Dr Lee's office for 4 years. I always enjoy going there. They are fast but not overlooking things. I would say very efficient and diligent in what they do.
