The pork was tender and had a clean flavor that really let the quality of the meat come out. The kimchi pancake was topped with a poached egg which was interesting.... Personally, the poached egg addition wasn't really for me, but my friend loved it. The pancake itself was crispy flavorful. The chicken kalguksu was exactly what I want when I'm craving comforting and warm food at 11 PM after watching a musical. The broth was light but flavorful, and the noodles had a good chew.
