I was super nervous, and since I always walked past Dr Abayev's office I figured I would give it a chance. They were busy that day, but really the wait wasn't too bad (I'm an impatient person) and I had plenty of time to fill out the paperwork. The receptionists treated me with respect and answered all the questions I had about co-payment. I was very impressed by the courteous receptionists (total sweethearts), impeccably clean waiting room and bathroom. But what impressed me the most was Dr Abayev and how thoroughly and gently he cleaned my teeth. He was very sensitive to not hurt me, and would ask to make sure I was OK. He is personable, friendly and professional. I will definitely return and would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you Dr Abayev and his amazing team!! :)

The person who answered-who I assumed to be in a senior position due to his arrogance and disregard- definitely has no customer service skills and definitely convinced me to not even come in and give them my money. They billed my insurance as a "participating provider" and didn't bother to correct their billing as a "non-participating provider" as my insurance representative requested them to do. The office had collected ~ 900.00 dollars by credit card from me on the date of service with the explanation that "my insurance would pay me", but then billed my insurance as a "participating provider" and therefore my insurance company paid the office directly-875 plus 375. The office now owes me a refund -50-after balance billing me for the full amount. The office did confirm that they were a "participating provider", however, later balance billed me, and was not transparent about this. Just a word of warning for anyone who may get into this situation. I've still not received an updated bill reflecting the insurance payments, my payment or my refund which I was already told that they would pay by office check. They took the money and ran.

I'm writing this review because he just fixed my crown which fell out two days ago. He fit me early in his Sat schedule (which are always booked)to help me out. He saw me in an expedient manner and promptly fixed the problem....all this with a smile. He also takes my union dental which is a big plus and does great work. In addition, he has an associate in his office who does great work too. I'm thinking of getting teeth whitened by him.

I showed her the email, she looked and saw my appointment request however; It was never actually booked by the manager. Leslie was so nice and very professional. She said she would talk to the doctor to see what can be done because she knew I was in pain. Dr. Dechavez of course accommodated me. I explained all my recent serious health issues that prevented me from seeking care sooner. He was so understanding and caring. Though he could not start the work yet as he had patients waiting. He made sure I was given an appointment to be seen during the week. Dr. Dechavez truly cares for his patients. He really is a superb doctor and most of all a decent human being with core values.
