Buyer beware! These guys are ripping people off. Using garbage parts and charging you for labor when they fail. They are also filing a claim with the parts manufacturer and getting paid the labor twice. The owner will use scare tactics and lie to you about other needed repairs. I took my car to a reputable mechanic and none of the things he claimed made my vehicle unsafe to drive are true. This dude is a scammer and the Bureau of Automotive Repair should shut him down permanently. Update; I've had numerous other people reach out to me saying they have had similar experiences. Do not be fooled by his response to my review. He refuse to email me a copy of my invoice. When he finally sent it to my husband he has edited it. He uses scare tactics to try to upsell (illegal under CA state law) he lies about what you need. And he will have his buddies attack you on social media. I had a tire blowout coming down from Kirkwood on Christmas, and was on my donut. I had to drive all the way back to the south bay, and didn't want to do it on my spare. Luckily, I was able to stay the night in Jackson and found that Caliber was open on the 26th. I called them up to see if they had my tire size in stock. They didn't have the exact size, but they had a set they recommended that would still fit my rim with a very minor change in diameter. They fit me in the morning and got me in and out within an hour and half - I needed a whole new set anyway so I got four tires, alignment, and new TPMS. Romeo is a solid guy and is willing to help you out and fit you in. read more

I think they realy suck. I bought tires on Christmas and they are Hella bald. I went today to see if they would help me out and they basically laughed at me and tried to rip me off again. We had awesome service at Caliber Tire in Jackson. We needed our rear brakes redone, and they did it immediately in about an hour. They also gave us the best price around, beating their competitors.
