We weren't sure how long this process might take and expected to be there for at least a few hours. I think we may have been there an hour at most. The bolt that was stuck in our tread was bigger than we thought. If they couldn't fix it, we'd have to drive on the spare until we reached our destination, which they said they could order the tire to be delivered to their store in that area. Luckily the team was able to remove it and patch up the tire. It held and continues to hold perfectly. So grateful and the staff were all friendly. Now we know if we are ever in that area again that they'd be where we'd go for help.
