The doctor then blamed me to say I didn't ask, well, I dropped everything to drive there, as he has confirmed with me the day before that he is in my network for my vision insurance and we made an appointment for the end of the week. Only when I arrived, he wanted to use my vision care to do my annual exam which has nothing to do with my dry eye Problem. He then told me go home. Very rude because he sees I'm Asian.

To make matters worse it was a few days before x-mas and I was the designated driver for my disabled husband and would have to cross the bridge to Manhattan. I promptly went to V.C. and spoke with the young lady at the desk, (who is always so nice I forgot her name sorry) , she in turn gave me over to Daniel who I believe is the owner. Daniel immediately understood the gravity of the problem, took the matter into his hands, took out the original lenses, cut them down to size, found a new frame and handed me the new pair the next day! Without Vision Consultants I would have had to cancel x-mas at my family. I highly recommend them, they go out of their way each and every time.

My vision is fairly challenging and Dr. Potter has been the only opthamologist I've really trusted over the course of my life. Even when I moved out of state I tried to find a way to schedule check ups when I was back in town. I'm in a crunch right now and am without glasses and tried to get some accommodation from their staff. I got stone walled trying to get my own medical information. Shocked and really sad I have to find a new provider.
