Gracie and her new car thanks to Tim Dahle Spanish Fork and Steven Nordell
    Kelli M.

Our third car purchased from Spanish Fork Tim Dahle and our third time with salesman Steven Nordell making it a seamless trade in. Fast, knowledgeable, fair and not just trying to make a sale but also looking out for our daughter's interest in a reliable good car that she can afford. Steven is the best salesman and Tim Dahle SF has so many quality pre owned cars to choose from. Our family can't recommend him/ them enough.

Its unfortunate I cant leave a ZERO star. This was a simple oil change and fuel filter change, to set the My Key . First we were told my 2012 F-250 was to old to use the my key and program 2 users. This is totally incorrect. I pulled it up online and told the sales guy it isnt too old. After the oil change I was told the engine was bad and received a bad taken picture of oil with a lot of bubbles and it was blurry. I asked the guy if the Ford diesel 6.7 L are only expected to only last 120K miles. I know mechanics I just thought it would save me time. This shop has the most inexperienced mechanics. DO NOT GO HERE. I asked them for my old oil filter. They were shocked that I wanted it. I wanted to investigate what they told me about needing a new engine. I analyzed the oil filter after cutting it apart. I dint see any type of metal objects. So with an oil change, oil filter and fuel filter it all cost over 600 dollars. That is insane and ROBBERY. Pricing for 6.7L dodge (diesel) pricing was $114.00. My wife has a DODGE the pricing and the dealership is awesome to work with. She has always been able to trust them. It's unfortunate I will never buy a Ford again because this is the dealer that is close to me. After reading all reviews on the service department im surprised they haven't been sued. When we approved the work in the app, the pricing was different. See pricing compare photo's

    2024 Ford F150 Raptor 37 Package

I recently purchased a Ford Raptor at Tim Dahle, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The Raptor is my dream truck I've been building towards for years and I finally found the right place to pull the trigger! A standout part of my experience was working with my sales representative, Steven Nordell. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and as friendly as I've ever experienced, making the purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. Jake Miller, the manager, also played a key role in ensuring everything went seamlessly. Their teamwork and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference. We had never met before and instantly I felt right at home asking them any and all questions I had. I also want to highlight Tim Dahle dealership as a whole. The staff was welcoming and professional, creating a positive atmosphere that made the entire experience even better. The entire process start to finish took less than 2 hours which was by far my quickest "purchasing experience" I've ever had with a dealership! I highly recommend both the truck and the exceptional team at Tim Dahle! Ask for Steven and/or Jake and they'll take great care of you! - Sam J

When I went to fix the issue, I discovered the dealership had installed a right rear light that doesn't even belong to this car, and it wasn't plugged in because it doesn't fit properly. After buying what I thought was the correct replacement and removing it, I found out that wasn't the right part either, and the third brake light was also incorrect and left unplugged. So essentially, multiple lighting components were mismatched and knowingly left non-functional. I ended up having to go to a junkyard myself, pull the correct parts, and install everything just to make the car safe and legal to drive. On top of that, I also discovered the spare tire underneath the vehicle was so loose it could have fallen off while driving, which is a serious safety hazard. This goes far beyond a minor oversight. These are basic safety items that should have been properly checked and installed before selling the vehicle. Newest update - couple months in: check the vehicle to CREGG Mechanic in Spanish Fork to get the oil changed and they had told me that the dealership might I remind you that they had told me that they were going to change the oil before I purchased the car... And sent me a video of them filling the oil. Fast-forward: The mechanic stated that because of the overflow of oil a gasket blew and was leaking all over the spark plugs. I have to replace the gasket which will be $700 plus the spark plug plugs which is $400. Absolutely ridiculous, This dealership is not honest. I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying from here to thoroughly inspect everything or take the car to a trusted mechanic before purchasing.

They also told us we couldn't take it to our mechanic who is 15 minutes away because he's outside of Springville. We were paying cash for this today so they just lost out on thousands and we highly recommend nobody wasting your time here to people who don't seem genuine at all.

I should have had a very in depth inspection done on the truck but they seemed so pleasant and honest and easy to work with. I wanted to trust them, and I definitely should not have... at all. I specifically told them I would be driving the truck back home 900 miles. I am lucky to be alive. There were so many major safety issues with the truck that was supposed to be "a great truck". Gus even told me he had changed the oil and had the wheels balanced in preparation for my long drive. I cannot say for sure on the oil but the wheels were definitely not balanced. The list of issues is too long to list here but I should be dead. Long story short I have about $8000 in the truck to make it road safe, not just making it pretty, road safe. Most of the work I have done myself so the majority of that is parts. No matter how much you want to trust them.... DON'T. Protect yourself, they do not care, they just want to make a buck.

After the truck was delivered to Hawaii, I noticed that the front skid plate was missing. I contacted Stayton to see if it may have been accidentally removed while the truck was being detailed. If not, my next step was going to be contacting the companies responsible for transporting the truck to the port and shipping it from port to port. Stayton explained that the skid plate was on the truck when it left his possession and that he wasn't sure what happened to it afterward. Despite this, he stepped up and offered to pay for a replacement, even though the situation was outside of his control and ultimately not his responsibility. That kind of integrity is rare, especially in the car business. Stayton chose to do the right thing simply because it was the right thing to do, and I'm extremely appreciative of businesses and owners like Tyacke Motors. If you Google "an honest car dealer," Tyacke Motors should be the first result. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly stands behind its customers.

The time at the dealership was quick and we got to drive it home about an hour after we got to the dealership. Then I had some back news where Tyacke was able to come in and go above and beyond. The next day I brought it home - the truck would not start up. I was devastated as I was really excited about the vehicle. I knew that a used car dealer had no obligation to help when I bought a 30yr old car as is. I reached out to Chris just to let him know what was going on and how I felt. Chris offered to take the car and look at it for me and found that there was a huge issue with the engine. What shocked me is that he gave me an option at that point - we could undo the sale and I could go on my merry way - or they could help get it running again with a new engine they located. I chose to trust Chris and see how far the repair path would go, I really wanted this thing running again! It took longer than either of us expected but. This went above and beyond to be fair throughout the process even covering payments for the car while it was in the shop for a few months. While the process was a few months, I got my truck back running better than ever! I think it can be hard to find people with integrity and looking to do the right thing for customers and the community - Chris and Tyacke have it all.

I bought a brand new Jeep Gladiator from this dealership and immediately ran into problems caused by their service department. They swapped the tires from my old Jeep onto the new Gladiator, but kept the incompatible TPMS tire sensors that don't work with a 2025 model. I contacted the dealership to get the tire pressure sensors replaced, since the issue was clearly caused by their mistake of not moving the new sensors to the new vehicle. Instead of fixing it properly, I was told I would have to pay over $800 to replace sensors and rebalance the wheels -- for a problem that should have been handled before delivery. To make matters worse, they removed 2025 TPMS sensors and left the 2021 sensors, and that's why the wheel balancing is now off as well, creating additional issues that never should have existed on a new vehicle purchase. This is poor customer service, poor workmanship, and zero accountability from the Jeep service department. Buying a new vehicle should not come with avoidable repair costs caused by dealership errors.
