We also talked on the phone to review everything ahead of time; Lori's commitment to understanding me and getting to know my dog was something I didn't expect but really appreciated. Lori came to my home in Germantown for the photo shoot. She proved to be a total natural at working with my (often stubborn) dog. While she was at my home, we talked about the kinds of pictures I would be interested in - albums? framed photos? wall art?.... I had a few walls where I knew I wanted some pictures and she took photos of these spaces. The photos were exactly what I was looking for; it was difficult to choose! We reviewed the photos together, talked about the products I was interested in purchasing, and sifted through everything together to make the best choices. She made the experience easy when it could have been very overwhelming. What I loved the best was that she plugged the dog photos into the pictures she took of my walls so I would be able to see *exactly* what my choices would look like in each room! She was so patient when I switched things around a few times. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and in Lori's case, it clearly shines through in her work.

Bela was running the house as our commands were literally falling on deaf ears! Alisa taught us to communicate with Bela using hand signals. She now follows instructions like a champ! This definitely gave me a lot of peace of mind to be able to see how my pup was doing and interacting with the other dogs. From 12 PM to 2 PM, the cameras are off for nap time. When I went to pick him up, they gave me a little report card with his mood, the new dog friends he made, and a brief overview on how he did. I definitely think that this is good for dog socialization. Regarding the price, to board your dog it's $69 a night. The pricing structure is too complicated for me to explain here, but they are pretty flexible about adjusting to your needs. They have recently changed their system to involve a reservation system due to high demand, but honestly we have never had an issue getting our dog in on a day that we needed him to. They will give your dog a meal if you bring it with your dog. One note, it's best to remove your dogs collar before dropping off, to minimize the risk that they will forget to give you the collar back at pick up. In fact I think under the new system they request this specifically since Covid started.
