But initially, it was given only to the female patients. I researched this and found that 90% of new oral cancer cases are in men. The doctors didn't like that I said something about giving the form only to females. They subsequently dropped me as a patient for challenging them. They also wanted to put bite wings in my mouth for x-rays when a periodontist specifically said not to. I let them know about this too. Then I got a message to go somewhere else for dental care. They called the day before and canceled my appointment for a simple cleaning because there hygienist quit. Put me on a wait list for a cancellation. And scheduled another appointment for cleaning months out. Today my wife had an appointment for a cleaning and called to see if I could take her place, they said no I could come in and get X-rays and schedule an appointment then. Even know I was on a waitlist for a service they sold me that I paid for already they refused to let me take her place for a simple cleaning because it was over a year since my last cleaning. If you need thousands of dollars in work done they will see you, if you need your 2 teeth cleaning a year they won't get you in. I do not recommend there scam in house insurance. You pay and they don't do what they say. Don't waste your money or time. Maybe your hygienist wouldn't walk out and quit if you treated simple cleaning that have been paid for like a priority.

It resulted in Bell's palsy- not a single care from the dentist and after he told me "ummm I need to go research this" I knew I was in trouble. Almost a full year and I'm not 100% healed. After he gave me a bs prescription- no more follow ups to see how I'm doing, no further instructions on what to do. Only called to collect money. So I've racked up bills from my PCP, a new dentist and even an ENT just to prove it wasn't caused by my ears. I've racked up THOUSANDS in dentist/medical bills due to their lack of care. DO NOT EVER GO TO TWIN DENTAL!!! Im still being harassed for a $60 payment when they have already collected $400 from me and $500 from my insurance TO PULL ONE TOOTH!! They didnt even give me pain meds, not even a low dose one until i was in so much pain. And instead of calling it to the pharmacy- they told me i had 20 minutes to get it from their office aa they close early on friidays. Never in my life have i ever paid that much for an extraction. Or had a dentist who was etremely nonchalant about what HE had done!!(Even when i didnt have a job/insurance I only paid $160 and the emergency dentist on a friday at 7pm pulled it.) i will however, send them all my bills for the year of follow up ive had to deal with for their mistake. I have included a picture from the day before the procedure - the day of, the day after, a pic when i was being weened off the medication after 6 month of high dose steroids (due to the dentist prescribing a an extreme low dose that did nothing) and two additional pictures from this year 4 months post steroids two more teeth were also shattered due to the steroids and so I was deathly scared of getting those pulled, until this morning. I had no idea that a dentist office could be caring and comforting. But shoutout to Meier dental and Cincinnati oral surgeons for extracting 3 teeth (the two shattered and my last wisdom) under anesthesia, prescribed me a pill before I went in, had antibiotics on order, Tylenol 3 on order for pain. Sent me home with an ice pack and enough gauze to last a life time. My total out of pocket $600. Insane difference. These people took my life from me for almost a year. Due to being on steroids gained ao much water weight I had Charlie horses when I walked!, I also had high blood pressure, pre diabetic along with absolutely no energy and not being able to breathe all due to the side effects of the steroids I had to take to fix what THEY did. SO BEWARE OF TWIN DENTAL. Or at least if you find anything suspicious or wrong speak to a malpractice attorney IMMEDIATELY

During my very first an appointment, Dr.Brock noticed that i had very dry lips and i explained that was i on Accutane and the it was horrible trying to find something that worked. He told me about this brand called "LanoLips" and even Amazon primed my very first one to my address, which i received on 2 days time. He quite literally saved my lips lol they were breaking bad. Myself, my spouse, and both of my sons are patients here, and we wouldn't dream of switching. This past summer, my youngest broke his front tooth in a basketball game. Dr. Gille met him in the office on a Sunday to stop the pain he was in. He then led and advised us through a series of procedures as we chose the best route to fix the tooth. In the end, it worked out well, and we avoided having to re-do expensive procedures due to Dr. Gille's knowledge and advice. Extremely happy!

In serious tooth pain starting December 2022. Given antibiotics for 7 days. Needed 2 root canals…read moreprobably due to 2 crowns placed by Dr. Binkis failed within a couple of years. Dr. Binkis was unable to find the root...referred to Endodontist. Endodontist had no openings for 3 months. I called 9 of them. Dr. Binkis was notified of my continuing pain and no open appointments for months to repair what he failed to be able to do. I had such pain I slept sitting up and had a headache for the entire 3 months. Dr. Binkis only gave me more antibiotics and said basically too bad I can't get the Endo appointment. Never did he offer any other help. I waited in pain until February 23,2023 to get relief of my pain. Also billing department is poor quality at best. They tell you the amount you have to pay then submit to insurance. I found out 14 months later that insurance did not pay 2 claims for almost $3000. I was told I needed to work this out or pay them the $3000. I have always paid every penny they required before leaving the office. Terrible customer service.
