Instead of protecting us, this firm and GEICO routed our vehicle to An Auto Body in Providence, where staff explicitly bragged they 'try not to total cars.' Geico hid structural fees to fabricate a fraudulent 78% repair estimate to trap our vehicle and rack up expensive storage and rental fees, while this firm completely neglected our severe concussions, my knee injury and my husbands dangerous spinal injuries. Former case manager Ciara Monroe actively engaged in medical bullying, telling me to 'calm down' before hanging up and completely abandoning an injured client on crutches on a Friday afternoon. I single-handedly broke our insurance carrier's math and forced the total loss on my own.
