There is over 30 people waiting in the lobby, it's not clean and it smells musty. The best part is you check in and wait for over an hour but then they take you to another area where you also wait again. They had me wait for a room because they had nothing open...then had to put me in a room where procedures are done because they had no available rooms. It's scary to think how they are handling all these patients. They are not! It's like a meat packing plant in here. Definitely heading over to Phila for a really appointment.

Regarding treatment, it seems as if they have two surgery options and you either fit in one or the other. No other treatments were recommended. I went online and researched other treatments. Just recently I have a $1400 bill with Cooper for 3 different Copper doctors/offices due to lack of Referrals. I went onto Cooper My Chart and there they were. So, I sent them to insurance and the insurance is denying since they needed the appeal within 180 days. Well here's the thing, I just got the bill for all on Aug. 14, 2026, the dates of services were Aug. 2025, Oct. 2025 and Dec. 2025. So, basically I am supposed to pay for their mistakes. I went to the office visit, verified Referral was received. I can't control it they send it to insurance nor can I control that they take a year to bill me. I know the medical industry is notorious to pay little salaries to office personnel, so it comes down to someone making maybe $15/$18 an hour, is costing me 1400. I wouldn't even give one star, but had no choice. I WILL be fighting this.

Deciding it was about time to start taking advantage of my health insurance, I scoured the interweb…read morefor a doctor. After a horrible experience with a local gyno (where she convinced me that I was depressed -I'm not, it's called PMS- and needed to be on happy pills), I've been a bit skeptical of docs. After reading Julia's review, however, I decided Dr. P sounded like my kinda woman, "someone I would love to have a beer with?" say no more. So I scheduled my appointment on Friday and they were able to put me in on Monday. I showed up at 3:30 (my assigned time), fearing I'd end up spending my entire afternoon there. Within 10 minutes I was seen by a nurse and within another 5 Dr. P showed up. She's just awesome. Totally conversational, quick to put you at ease, thorough... We talked about my medical history, she ran through a few exams, prescribed some medicine for my nagging cough, and sent me off for some blood work. I was out of the office by 4:15! She also referred me to a new gyno and dentist. All in all, Dr. P is terrific, thanks Yelp.

Started out as an intermediate risk prostate cancer patient ( Gejerman's assessment , btw ) , promised nothing but the best possible outcome ( these folks act more like a sleezy used car lot ) , & thereafter was royally ignored ( to a dangerous extent ) in an assembly line/discouraging contact between patient & doctor approach that has horrified other medical professionals I have shared this with ! In spite of repeatedly reporting increasing pain & swelling/literally begging them to examine me , kept being told it was " normal " , while they kept radiating me & prescribing steroids ... Wasn't until my perineum split open that they began paying attention , until of course they punted me back to my PCP , declaring they wereN'T set up to deal with such infections ( never minding it was THEIR treatment that caused it !!! ) ??? Due to NJ Urology's criminally INept care of me , I went from being a reasonably decent senior citizen athlete to being afflicted with endstage AVN of my right hip , necessitating total replacement of my right hip ... So , enough said/shared ( noting the many other assurances these various " doctors " gave me that turned out to be a TOTAL pile of you-know-what !!!!!! ) ? Once transferred to billing I was told they did not take cash, or a cashiers check or Visa, they only took "Care Credit" no Amex or Visa just CareCredit.
