Called all around the VA/NC area and was able to get the best deal here. Well worth the hour drive to get there.

We saw a beautiful car sitting on the lot at Danville Toyota, and went to look at it. Hazem Aziz…read morecame out to help us, and we decided to buy the vehicle. This was the best experience that we have ever had in buying a car. Hazem help us through the process and got the best deal possible for us. We also worked briefly with the Sales manager who was very good, as well as the Finance Manager Buck Terrell and they were great as well. The entire car buying experience was great, and we drove away in that beautiful car in no time at all. Thanks to you all at Danville Toyota, and we recommend this dealership to anyone out there looking for a great new Toyota, or used vehicle.

The only reason I give Danville Toyota a one star is because the salesman was so nice. The two…read morefinance guys we dealt with were rude with no customer service training. We test drove a 2025 Toyota Rav4 XLE hybrid and liked it. We made what we felt was a fair offer since we were prepared to go up and expected the finance guy to come down. Our offer was $3,500 under what they wanted and we figured to meet the middle which would have been a fair deal for both sides. The finance guy looked at us like we were crazy and would not even make a counter offer, just treated us like we were trying to rip the dealership off. He could not wait to get us out the door and said he would tell the salesman we wouldn't take his offer (what offer?) and left. The salesman called us the next day and said we did not even tell him goodbye. We told him we were treated rudely and were no longer interested in buying from Danville Toyota. We went to the Sam's Club across the street and told people there how we were treated. The salesman asked if we would still consider buying if he got us a better deal and we said we would if the other finance guy dealt with us and not the first guy. He had the other finance guy call us last night and said he would be willing to come down on the price. He said the one we test drove was gone but he had another one just like it only this one had leather seats for the same price. I looked at my wife and said this was even better than the one we test drove. He gave us a price that was in our ballpark but certainly gave the dealership plenty of profit. Don't get me wrong, we want the employees to get good salaries but at the same time we want a deal fair to us. We said we would let him know this morning. We called and he acted like he didn't even remember talking to us. I told him the vehicle had leather seats and he said he never told us that, that it had cloth seats. That was bull, both me and my wife clearly heard him say it had leather seats. We were still okay with buying it so we told him we would come in Monday morning to get the vehicle and the financing since we had already been approved for 5.7% and would finance over three years although we could have paid cash.. Then his attitude really changed and he got rude and said he didn't know if the vehicle would still be there Monday, we needed to come today on a Saturday. We told him we would definitely be there Monday and to go ahead and do the paper work in the financing. He said he still would not hold the vehicle, he would sell it to someone else if they were interested. Then he said to give him a $1,000 deposit to hold it. By this time we were ready to hang up, not that we couldn't afford $1,000 deposit but upset at the tone his manner was taking. We told him our word was good, if we said we were coming, we would be there. I mean he had all he needed to do the financing, he knew everything about us. Then he really got obnoxious and said he had heard the deal we offered the first finance guy and we were $7,000 off the asking price and not even worth making a counter offer. I told him we were not $7,000 off, it was $3,500 off of a $40,000+ vehicle and that is certainly worth negotiating. He said again he would sell the car and not hold it. Maybe their policy is to require a $1,000 deposit but we were never told that until he got on his little rant. The dealership is over an hour from our house, we can't drop everything and rush over there. It was not that great a deal. my wife got on the phone and told him to sell the darn car and hung up. Is this the kind of personnel the owners or general manager want representing their company. The salesman who was great texted lately wanting to know if we wanted him to let us know if the vehicle was still there Monday and we said NO, we liked him but would never deal with the finance people at Danville Toyota again. I just hope someone at Danville Toyota reads how we were treated and has the finance guys take a lesson in customer service. I know they have a job to do and try to get the best deal they can for the dealership, but they don't have to lie (about the leather seats) and treat us the way they did. If the general manager or owner would like to talk to us, the salesman has our number. Not to buy the vehicle but just to make sure they understand how frustrated we are. Bottom line is Do Not Buy from Danville Toyota unless you want to be treated rudely like you have no idea how to buy a car. Also, we have purchased from Danville Toyota before, and they were easy to deal with and not at all like they are now.

If I could give this place ZERO stars i would. This was possibly the WORST car buying experience…read morethat i have ever had! On April 19th 2018 I purchased a 2007 ford edge from Susie's only to be told (after my financing through my lender was already finalized) that the car was in a total loss wreck. air bags had been deployed on the vehicle and everything. I wasn't offered a vehicle report and was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle by the person that sold me the car (Bonnie). Three days later i got a call from the owner of the car lot saying she had to let me know that the car was once totaled after i had already purchased it! Of course my bank was made aware as well and they revoked my loan which caused me to have to give my car back ON MY BIRTHDAY because they will not finance a vehicle that's been totaled. Susie did offer to put me in another vehicle but it was nothing that fitted my needs. There wasn't much compassion or professionalism shown at all. Now I am stuck looking for a car and no way to get to work. The day after my birthday. Thank you Susie's auto sales for making this the worst past few days that i have experienced in a while.
