First of all, I want to make it clear that this review is based off the whole experience, not just the services I received (which were great). I booked a full body massage and a head spa over a month in advance for my birthday. When I arrived at around 10:45 (my appointment was scheduled for 11am), they told me they were too busy and asked if I can return at 12. This was odd to me because I had booked so well in advance. It also bummed me out since I was trying to have a nice relaxing day for my birthday. About 3 minutes until 11, they called me saying the lady in the front messed up and that I can come back for my service. Luckily I was still parked out front so I went back in. They made me pay for the services before hand, which is fine but I would've liked to pay afterwards. Then, the lady went to get a set of keys and escorted me outside. I was very confused and didn't understand where we were going (all those bad thoughts went through my mind). We walked about a block and a half away to a random town home which is where I received my full body massage. Very weird experience. And throughout my massage, the masseuse's phone kept going off (and she continued to answer it). I'm guessing she's answering calls from the spa to schedule other people but I wanted a more relaxing experience without being jolted awake by a very loud phone ring. Once my massage was over, she escorted me back to the spa. Again, super weird that I had to go from one location to the other. The head spa was great and my hair/scalp feels amazing. The massage was great too (other than the phone calls). They obviously know how to do their job very well, but the experience was definitely not ideal. Especially since I booked well in advance and this happened on my birthday. read more

I never taught some people could be real out here, but when I wanted to book a section a wasn't comfortable with it at all cuz I have been scammed before and I don't want that to repeat its self again. She told me not to be scared that's she has been doing this for years now without any complaints that's I can trust her that's am safe with her. So I did and i trusted her and book a section and to my greatest surprise its was legit she came to me and gave me my massage,we had a great time and I didn't regretted booking a section with her. All I can say is that those having double mind about her should relax and book a section because she's legit am a victim her work. Today, I went for my 4th massage in 4 moths hoping for my usual 1-hour, back walking massage for $70. Upon filling in the pre treatment form, I was told that the back walking was only available with the deep tissue massage which was $10 extra. I questioned this, based on my 3 previous experiences, and was told that prices had been in creased last year, which was not true. After a call to the owner they agreed the usual rate but then asked for payment up front, which I declined in order to be able to add my usual gratuity... post service. I've gone twice now for a couples massage with my wife. The place is kept very clean and inviting, and there is a wonderful lounge area you wait in before the massage. It appears they keep track of your history and use that to better serve repeat customers. My first massage was very good even though I had a relatively new masseuse (which they informed me of, which I appreciated.) Second was even better. Both were 60 minute Swedish massage with scrub. I've not been to many spas so I don't have a lot of comparison points, but my wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. read more

The 60 minute was not enough but it was my first time. The massage included hot stones and their pricing is affordable & fair. Roberta was super great. She was able to get more kinks out of my shoulders in a short period of time than most therapists. I enjoyed the cool water that was on the table after the massage and then again in the sitting area with 2 scrumptious chocolate covered strawberries. Honestly, best massage place in Fresno I have ever been to and I have been getting massages regularly for 15 years related to neck pain and migraines. I now visit weekly or biweekly for Swedish massage, and it has greatly lessened the pain I live with. All of the ladies are very kind and unbelievably skilled. I had an amazing experience at the Spa And this place is a much better price than massage chains. I highly recommend. read more
