Only there once for a special order of tempered decorative glass. The price was almost half of what others quoted. Delivered on time with no flaws. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Update: I bought 30 screens from Dan and they were all perfectly sized and perfectly square. Once more, they killed the competition. read more

I contacted this shop for an estimate on two screen doors, a sliding door and a spring door and they were great in providing me a rough estimate for the sliding door over the phone based on my measures but recommended I go to the shop for the spring door as this was based on a few style factors. I went to the shop and Lin was very informative and showed me various options and discussed the pros and cons and price differences. We made an appointment for him to come to my home to measure the sliding door and he was here on time as we discussed. Lin took a look at my sliding door and was very honest in letting me know a screen door would not be possible due to my door design, he went out of his way to show me the problems and advise me on alternate options for cost savings. I really appreciated Lin's honesty, he made a 20 minute trip to my home that did not result in a contract for him but he was still just as helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider this shop for future work and recommend you give them a try. Thank you Lin! read more

Needed a sliding glass door replaced because mine was shattered by a marble (tempered glass) and these guys had the best price, came out within a couple of hours and fixed it right up. I was very happy. Quoted 175.00 plus tax and clean up for a total of only 195.00. Every where else was higher. It would have been less had I known how to remove the door myself and bring it in. So all in all not too bad for an unexpected expense ! I recommend these guys too. Oh and let me mention I am on the second floor with a narrow stairway so they had their work cut out for them ! read more

My family recently moved to Long Beach and we wanted the windows to our home replaced. Dan was able to give us a great deal to replace all our windows. On the day of install, his team arrived promptly and worked very efficiently and were able to install 14 windows in less than a day and made sure their work area was spotless before leaving. Such a great experience! I inquired through yelp and was advised if possible to bring my screens into the shop as this would be much more cost effective. Went in without an appointment and was very satisfied with the price. If I could give zero stars to this business I would but unfortunately 1 star is the least I can give. I called to get a window replaced for my business because the glass in the store front was recently vandalized and I explained to them that it was urgent. They asked me for measurements and pictures which I gave them right away. They quoted me a price, asked for the address and said they would go by to look at it that day. I waited all day without calling another company because they said they could do it. They never showed up so I called them in the evening and asked when they were stopping by. The guy said " Sorry, my boss said we're too busy" so I asked if they were coming at another time or at all and the guys said "you should probably look for somebody else". Really? They couldn't give me a call back to let me know that they weren't coming at all? So I waited all day, told my employees to expect them and didn't call another company because they said they could do it. I was extremely upset and hung up on the guy. They just really don't care about customer service and now the front of our store is exposed because the glass is shattering more. Don't waste your time dealing with these people, you'll be disappointed. read more

We have a 1950's house. It has aluminum windows from the 1970's. Right off the bat, Tan informed me they don't make them anymore. They fall apart in time like a cheap suitcase. My bathroom window fell apart. I needed one replacement window. And Tan built a beautiful vinyl window frame with rain-Coke bottle green glass. This job took time. And it was well worth it. read more

Called to get window panes replaced. Len wanted measurements and pictures sent to him. Once he received them, he claimed "they are too difficult" to do AND "if you want to do it, you can do it yourself". This has to be the most rude and unprofessional way to deal with a potential client. I would NEVER use their services. read more
