He came out the same day I called him to give me an estimate for: 1) replace old window with a dual pane 2) replace decrepit sliding glass door with a new one The estimate for the window was nearly 50% (FIFTY!) less than the Home Depot estimate. I paid the deposit (50%) on 2/1/24. My window and new door were both installed on 2/14/24. Jc picks up his phone and responds in a timely manner. He came over and measured the glass door with in the hour. I did encounter an issue when he told me that the glass door would take 2 weeks to come in. I called 2 weeks after I made the 50% deposit, he told me the glass door was not ready yet. I called again and he told me that he had a family emergency and that he would be able to come over the week after. I called him the following week to see when he would be able to fix the door, then he told me he could come the next day. He came to replace the broken glass door, did a fair job cleaning up the broken glass mess that was there before. The only problem was the delay, and I was worried for about 2 weeks that I might have made a deposit and lost the money. He doesn't accept credit card. I also spoke to another company and sent everyone measurements and pictures of what I needed done. Well, after a long wait on Friday not one company responded, not even the company that I spoke with personally. JC responded to me within an hour came the same day to take the measurements and ordered my glass. When I noticed how reliable he was I had him replace 3 old windows. He's very nice professional and he's such a hard worker. I appreciate his quick response. After he finished replacing our windows he cleaned everything and left everything spotless. You can't even tell that my windows were replaced. I will sure call him again for any glass windows or anything else I need. Shower doors closet doors. He's an expert. This is a follow up to my last review. Originally I gave JC 4 stars. It would have been 5 but he didn't bring out a plastic part. Several months later the shower door had somehow worked its way out of alignment. The door has very tight tolerances and doesn't leave much room for adjustment. I phoned JC and he came out the next week. He reset the door and brought out the plastic part and did not charge for the follow up. The true judge of a service professional is what happens after the visit. JC came, readjusted the door installed the plastic part all at no charge. I highly recommend JC Glass and Mirror. Juan was professional and did a great job replacing my huge glass shower door. It had been installed improperly by the previous owner and was dangerous. He was significantly cheaper than the other company I called and did great work. It's a family business and his kids help him. They are so friendly and nice. You can tell they support each other.
