I've tried to be patient, but I keep hitting the same wall.The communication is cold, and sometimes even rude. I've received incorrect information just to move the conversation along. That's not just unprofessional, it's careless. And when I've raised concerns, they've been brushed off like they weren't important. I don't know if this is how the whole company operates or if it's just her, but either way, it leaves a lot to be desired. When someone is the face of the company, professionalism and basic customer service should be non-negotiable. Sadly, that has not been my experience.

No notices are posted for important events such as construction expect a piece of paper once on your door that could easily be taken. Packages are stolen occasionally.
