All the other inputs were put in by the dealer's website. The payment came out to $571/mo which I thought was good, so I continued on and submitted the offer. The website said the next step is to come in to the dealership to test drive and continue the purchase process. They invite you to apply for financing ahead of time to speed up the process, and state that there will be "No surprises at the dealership." Once I submitted my offer, I was told there was a discrepancy with the website and the offered payment wasn't possible, but they'd give me their best offer. After several hours, their best offer came in at $710/mo...nearly $140/mo more than stated on their website. This seems to be a classic bait and switch routine. At that point, we couldn't trust these people, and went elsewhere to get our GV60. Too bad, I think Genesis dealers are really hoping to move their slowing moving GV60s before 9/30. We would have taken one off their hands if they'd been even close to accountable for their error, but they weren't. It was the usual, "You can't expect us to honor the price we quoted you! Here's the real, higher number." Not very cool or professional.

I spoke with dealership owner regarding my last visit and initial review, he ensured everything would be addressed and he'd be in touch. After not hearing anything at 4:30pm I called to get a status. The service advisor said they couldn't replicate and wanted to keep it. No mention of the front end noise I'd asked to have looked at. They did offer a loaner. I said I needed it and would bring it back again another day. He's said they'd be there til 6. I got there at 5:30 and service was gone. No documentation or paperwork was provided, even though I asked, nor any guidance on where I could find my truck outside. A temporary floor liner was present however the mat was not cleaned as owner had said would happen. ------------------------------ My truck service was completed quickly; the service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing of my questions. Included in the service package was lubricating all hinges and locks, however the power running boards were not done, even though the service advisor specifically called it out on the RO. Additionally, I've brought my truck in twice and both times there have been dirty/greasy foot prints left on the all-weather mats...I really wish they would implement and utilize temporary floor liners like they do at other dealerships.

They allowed us to take a test drive on several cars that would fit my daughter's needs. They wanted her to have the best car for her. We found and agreed on a cute little suv with all wheel drive for her to travel safely to college. All the running around was taken care of from the DMV paperwork, NYS inspection, license plates, and cleanliness of car for her were all taken care of. Recently, my car started making a clicking noise, which eventually sounded like nearby construction. In a panic, I called my uncle, a mechanic, who listed off expensive possible issues. I first went to Wallace Auto Shop, nearby, since I was nervous about driving it. They quoted $900 to replace the A/C compressor. With my uncle on the phone, he suggested a cheaper fix--a shorter belt--but they refused, which is no problem. My uncle then called KisKis, and Michael assured me I could come in. Already stressed, Michael reassured me that I wouldn't leave until it was fixed. As a graduate student with tight finances, I feared the worst, but the final cost was only $165. I was so relieved, and Michael, seeing me upset, treated me like his own daughter. The kindness and service were exceptional, and I'll definitely return if anything happens to my car.
